In recent years,with the continuous of the output structure of China's industrial tools,the demand for cutting tools with better comprehensive performance in the tools marketing is also increasing.Cemented carbide tools is an important cutting tools,especially in the application of digital manufacturing.The growth of market demand for cemented carbide cutting tools is related to the background of digital manufacturing upgrading in China,in the future,with the continuous upgrading of China's processing and manufacturing industry,the demand proportion of cemented carbide tools will be further improved.In the Sino US trade war,due to the sharp increase of tariffs and the shrinkage of a large number of foreign trade businesses,the export of cutting tools is undoubtedly facing a huge test.Under the situation that the demand for domestic cutting tools is rising year after year,domestic orders are particularly important.Developing domestic customers is the top priority of the company.Then how to ensure stable and continuous supply has become an important topic.The delay of delivery date has become one of the most distressing bottlenecks for most manufacturing enterprises.This thesis is based on the research on the improvement countermeasure of delivery delay in M company,using the theory and method of quality management system and inventory management theory in supply chain,for the delivery delay caused by quality issue and the inventory control in the supply chain,study the corresponding improvement strategies according to different causes of delivery delay,to reduce the delivery delay of M company.Including quality management,PDCA cycle,Cpk and so on the relevant theories and methods of quality management.And also including the theories and methods of VMI and the strategic inventory controlOn the basis of theory,this thesis introduces the main factors that will cause the delivery delay of M company,the current situation of quality and finish goods inventory,and the key problems causing these situations.By using relevant tools,charts to identify and distinguish key point in the actual production processes,and use the 4M1 E,analyze and identify the factors affecting the delivery delay of M company,from the five aspects of human,machine,material,method and environment,improve the corresponding quality management measures.And from the perspective and improvement of management system,optimize inventory control to reduce the delivery delay of M company.Put forward targeted improvement measures including quality management control,optimizing product quality problems,establishing VMI and strategic inventory control,so as to improve the service of M company.
