Research On The Construction Of Energy Management System Of A Chemical Co., Ltd. Based On PDCA Mode

The report of the 19th CPC National Congress pointed out:We must "promote the revolution in energy production and consuption and build a clean,low-carbon,safe and efficient energy system".The energy management system is the integration of many energy management and control methods such as energy accounting control,energy audit,energy balance,consumption reduction policy implementation and energy use facility control.It is also an extension of the standardized energy management system for enterprises.Under the guidance of the energy management theory,this paper analyzes the status quo of energy management of A Chemical Co.,Ltd.Based on the PDCA management model,builds and operates the energy management system of A Chemical Co.,Ltd.to build and run scientifically the energy management system for other similar companies.To provide reference and study is of great significance.This paper adopts a literature research method,a combination of theoretical and empirical analysis methods,and systematic analysis.Based on the PDCA(Plan-Do-Check-Action)management model,A Chemicals are analyzed intensively.Limited energy management system construction problem.The main contents and conclusions of this paper are:(1)Clearly define the core concepts of energy management and energy management systems,focusing on the content,characteristics,and advantages of the energy management system based on the PDCA management model.The company's energy management status and the establishment of a new system have established the theoretical basis.(2)Analyze the current status of energy management in A Chemical Co.,Ltd.Focusing on the PDCA model,identify the problems in the energy management of the company and analyze the causes of the problems.It was found that the main problems in the original energy management of the company were:inaccurate management plans,lack of implementation of the system,lack of supervision and inspection,and lack of energy management.In-depth analysis of the reasons for these problems is mainly due to weak management awareness,lack of management training,lack of job responsibilities,and management limitations.(3)Construction of A Chemical Co.,Ltd.'s energy management system based on the PDCA model.First,make preparations first;second,define the scope of management of the energy management system;third,review the energy management status of A Chemical Co.,Ltd.;fourth,plan the energy management system of the company;and fifth,develop an energy management system.The implementation of the program;Sixth,the development of energy management system inspection program.(4)Implement the newly established A Chemical Co.,Ltd.energy management system and evaluate and improve the effectiveness of implementation.First of all,do a good job of ensuring the implementation of energy management systems;Second,the imple mentation of the energy management system;Third,the evaluation of the implementation of energy management system;Fourth,put forward improvement measures and recommendations.The innovation of this paper is:using the PDCA management model,applying the energy management system theory to analyze the energy management of A chemical companies,and building and running the energy management system of A Chemical Industry Co.,Ltd.According to the Plan(plan)-Do(Executive)-Check(Check)-Action(Action)mode,the overall evaluation of the energy management level of A Chemicals Co.,Ltd.helps the company solve practical problems and continuously discover the energy saving potential of the company.The systemization of energy management in this enterprise is still novel.
