Application Research On Quality Management Of Sewage Treatment Equipment Based On PDCA Integration

In recent years,with the emphasis on environmental protection in China,we have increased investment in the construction of decentralized sewage treatment facilities,focusing on the quality and safety of township sewage projects,collecting all the sewage and carrying out comprehensive construction;In terms of domestic sewage treatment,scattered sewage in small areas has not been effectively treated.On the one hand,the corresponding supporting equipment is imperfect,which directly leads to poor sewage treatment effect.On the other hand,it is the operation and management of integrated equipment after completion,which causes great waste of construction funds and bad social impact.Therefore,strengthening the quality management and control of integrated sewage treatment equipment is urgently needed in a scientific and effective way.This paper is a series of research methods for the problems exposed in the quality management of integrated sewage treatment equipment,introducing quality management concepts,comparing total quality management theory,PDCA quality management theory,Six Sigma quality management theory;empirical analysis with engineering project cases Finally,the PDCA quality management theory is finally determined as the guiding theory;and the analytical means and the evaluation model are used to specifically discuss the integrated sewage treatment equipment,and the work contents of some sewage treatment equipment projects are deeply analyzed.Finally,by constructing an integrated quality optimization system based on PDCA theory,we will strengthen the quality awareness of wastewater integrated equipment in the construction process stage and construction plan stage,put quality first,and enhance the treatment capacity and operation of sewage equipment.Ability to better meet environmental requirements and promote the management of decentralized sewage sources.Generally speaking,China's current water environment pollution has become one of China's most serious environmental problems.In addition,with the furtherdeepening of the socialist market economy and the implementation of sustainable development strategies,this paper studies integrated sewage.The treatment equipment construction,using the PDCA control system to optimize the sewage treatment system.In the future,dispersing sewage treatment in small areas,and selecting integrated sewage treatment equipment suitable for local conditions is imperative for China.
