Research On The Improvement Of DFD Company's Quality Management System

With the change of supply and demand and the increasing number of competitors,DFD company is facing tremendous pressure of market competition.Only by continuously enhancing their own competitiveness can they stabilize the market position.It has been proved by practice that enterprises rely on the market,the market rely on product and the product rely on quality,so the total quality competition will become the key to market competition.It is the current problem for DFD company to improve the quality management system,and then improve the overall quality management level and the product quality.In this paper,the DFD company is used as the research object and the total quality management theory,PDCA cycle theory and IATF 16949: 2016 standard system are used as the theoretical bases.Firstly,the situation of the quality management system is analyzed using the method of questionnaire survey and empirical research,and then the problems,such as document management,supplier management and quality cost management are indicated.Secondly,the quality management system improvement plan,which include the conduct of strengthening the management of system documents,suppliers,quality cost management system,the knowledge training and the internal quality management system,is put forward.Finally,the corresponding safeguards are put forward from the perspectives of organization,talent technology,system and culture,so as to make the improvement plan more effective.The research is of great significance to improve the quality management system in DFD company.At the same time,the research has certain reference value for the improvement of quality management system of other chemical enterprises.
