| The development trend of contemporary human resource management is to view people as hidden wealth,and to maximize their own knowledge and skills,so that talents can leverage their strengths and create benefits for enterprises.However,at present,there are more or less problems with employee training conducted by Chinese enterprises,such as insufficient smoothness of the training management system,insufficient enthusiasm and motivation for employees to participate in internal training,uneven quality of training personnel,and lagging construction of enterprise training culture and systems.In view of the above issues,this article uses questionnaire surveys,interviews,and other methods to analyze the problems existing in YM Group’s training,such as insufficient understanding of the importance of employee growth based training,training planning not matching with employee career development channels,and training content not meeting employee role and skill conversion.This research topic is based on the perspective of enterprise human resource management,hoping to help improve the skill level of enterprise employees.In addition,to further improve the quality of enterprise management,organizing training is one of the most effective methods.Through training,it can help employees expand their knowledge level,promote comprehensive skill improvement,optimize and innovate human resource development paths,and the importance of human capital investment in enterprises will become increasingly greater than that of physical capital investment.This article takes YM Group employee training as a case study sample to analyze the problems and propose solutions in YM Group’s employee training.By exploring the optimization and improvement of YM Group employee training,targeted training design ideas and specific guarantee measures are proposed.Through this study,it is beneficial to enhance employees’ abilities and literacy,reduce recruitment frequency,and save labor costs;It is conducive to promoting the selfdevelopment of group employees and strengthening their sense of identity and honor;It is conducive to maintaining the creativity and competitiveness of the enterprise,ultimately helping to achieve its strategic goals.In addition,it provides reference for the improvement and enhancement of employee training models in other enterprises,especially coal enterprises. |
