With the rapid development of Our country,state-owned enterprises have been constantly reforming and reforming in recent years.At present,state-owned enterprises are no longer focused on the high-speed economic growth in the past,but now they advocate high quality,high standards and high requirements.As a member of the state-owned enterprises,Beijing Haohua Energy Co.,LTD.Daitai Coal Mine(BJ Daitai Coal Mine for short)also faces new tasks and challenges in order to adapt to the development of the new era.In 2019,Beijing Administration of Coal Mine Safety put forward higher standards and requirements for coal mining enterprises in Beijing.In order to respond to the call of the Party and the government,BJTAI Coal Mine must also make a change,change the traditional concept,adhere to green development,and demand and improve itself with higher standards and higher quality.The change of thinking is the beginning of training.No matter from the perspective of management,production capacity or safety,BJtai coal mine should be improved.,the coal industry and the annual safety accidents emerge in endlessly,the state coal industry demand is also increasing,in order to reach the standard to complete the goal,BJ of big coal mine training must also make a change,the construction of a healthy and effective training system,and through training to improve employee safety consciousness,self-defense self-preservation consciousness,improve the staff's theoretical knowledge and practical skills,make the enterprise's overall situation improved,make the enterprise can long-term orderly for work safety in production.This article embarks from the current coal industry environment,combining with the current BJ big coal mine of the current work of the staff,through consulting a large number of relevant training and related content literature,laid a theoretical basis for this study,at the same time,based on the relevant management system of coal mine BJ saloon and training plan,a questionnaire survey was conducted by staff and to interview some employees understand the actual situation of the company staff training,through the field to participate in the relevant section,period of training,understand the company Ji Ceng Ke,period of training present situation,find out the problems existing in the training and to optimize the rectification.Firstly,in the introduction part,the research background and significance of this paper are mainly described.It is proposed that there is a necessity to optimize the training program of BJ Datai Coal mine employees.By reading a lot of literature review and other materials,the theoretical foundation of this study is laid.Secondly,in the body,to BJ big coal mine has carried on the summary,the training status of employees in BJ saloon mine are analyzed,at the same time,using the method of questionnaire investigation,interview method,in-depth understanding of the present situation of the company staff training,as well as through hands-on to related department training work,find out the problems existing in the training work,and to find out the problem summary summarized,according to master relevant theoretical knowledge,training and analyzes the problem of how to summarize the research.Then,through the further analysis of employee training needs,the loopholes in the training work are found and the training scheme of the enterprise is optimized in a targeted way,so as to provide institutional guarantee for the implementation of the optimized scheme from the perspective of the company.Finally,through the optimization of training plans and build suitable for the development of the enterprise training system,enhance staff training actual effect,strong pertinence and timeliness of training can improve the comprehensive quality of employees,and more professional skills,so that employees improve their safety awareness,improve professional skills to achieve the purpose of reduce accidents and improve the production efficiency of coal enterprise goal,enable enterprises to secure the steady persistent development.
