Scientific assessment methods,tools and quantitative analysis of the use of models for a comprehensive understanding of enterprise staff training effect,define training to enhance the contribution to organizational performance,reflecting the achievements of the training is very important.Build a scientific,reasonable and appropriate performance evaluation system,but also for corporate training to build a platform to communicate with each other,to facilitate understanding of the units of each unit leadership training for the position in the enterprise,the enterprise training to understand the distribution of resources,understand their own and other units in training characteristics,strengthen training and research exchanges and cooperation and promote experiences,projects,faculty,facilities and other resources sharing.Ultimately strengthen the training of management,and improving the quality of training,improve training effectiveness.This paper takes the QLU company employee training performance as the research object,based on relevant theories of this research through the investigation,analysis of QLU company employee training performance evaluation basic situation as well as the status of staff training,evaluation of performance of the Kirkpatrick evaluation model based on the evaluation of the project,through the example of training performance of concrete,the analysis of staff training performance evaluation QLU company,find out the question and the reason,put forward to perfect the comprehensive evaluation of QLU company employee training performance measures.The Kirkpatrick evaluation model provides a good method for the evaluation of the training company.According to Kirkpatrick evaluation model design method and the index of each level of evaluation,and to the enterprise for the team leader training the successful implementation of the evaluation,we can see the broad prospects for the application of this method,also proved the feasibility of quality model should be used in corporate training.Promote the QLU company employee training and performance measures are mainly:the QLU company should carry out all-round,multi-level training,for example,QLU company's marketing staff,operations staff,and support personnel,thus achieve better results in the future the company QLU training to.From the government level staff training to improve the related regulations,including the state should improve relevant laws and regulations,establish training system of equal opportunity and transparent trainee selection mechanism.At the same time,strengthen the training of staff performance appraisal management,staff training performance evaluation and transformation of training performance work,transfer and create good working environment to guide the training results.
