Research On Performance Evaluation Of Coal Supply Chain From The Perspective Of High-quaity Development

High-quality development has become the theme of my country's economic and social development during the "14th Five-Year Plan" and even longer periods.The logistics costs of coal enterprises and users account for about one-third of coal prices.The issue of logistics costs has a significant impact on the high-quality development of the coal supply chain.A huge challenge has come,and studying the high-quality development of the coal supply chain is of great significance to my country's energy utilization performance.This article mainly takes the coal supply chain as the research object from a high-quality perspective,uses the relevant knowledge of supply chain management performance evaluation,and combines the balanced scorecard and the supply chain operation reference model to carry out performance evaluation research on the coal supply chain.First of all,starting from the definition of coal supply chain by different scholars,from the perspective of production,transportation and marketing mode,it is determined that coal production area is the core,coal logistics,and coal utilization are the nodes of the coal supply chain.According to the characteristics of each node,the coal supply chain is determined.The four characteristics of the supply chain are complexity,"strong interference" to the environment,continuity,and non-repeatability.Secondly,after analyzing the current status and existing problems of my country's coal supply chain through the method of literature statistical research,according to the characteristics of the high-quality development of the coal supply chain,the characteristics of the coal supply chain are proposed,and high-quality characteristics indicators are introduced.When selecting relevant indicators,the four dimensions of the business process from the high-quality perspective of the coal supply chain,the sustainable development of the coal supply chain,the safety and environmental protection of the coal supply chain,and the customer service of the coal supply chain are mainly considered.The final 30 specific indicators.Finally,taking M Group as the research object,build a high-quality coal supply chain performance evaluation index system,and search for relevant data to evaluate the performance of the coal supply chain.In the evaluation,combining different supply chain performance evaluation methods,using rough set theory and information entropy theory to conduct performance evaluation research on the coal supply chain,the conclusion is:from the 2013-2019 supply chain performance evaluation results with M Coal Group as the core The overall development trend has become a "V" shape,with the highest score in 2019;among the selected 4 dimensions,business process dimensions accounted for 0.3144,sustainable development accounted for 0.3651,the highest proportion,safety and environmental protection dimensions accounted for 0.2395,customer service The proportion of the coal supply chain is 0.0776;therefore,the coal supply chain should focus on the sustainable development dimension first,followed by the business process dimension,safety and environmental protection dimensions,and customer service dimensions to achieve high-quality development of the coal supply chain;the coal supply chain should reduce logistics Path to improve the efficiency of coal users.The research in this article will help coal companies fully consider the optimal production,transportation,and utilization of planned resources in the supply chain,and promote the high-quality development of the coal supply chain.
