Research On Evaluation Of High Quality Development Of Coal Enterprises

My country's economy has entered the stage of innovation-driven high-quality development,and it is urgent to speed up the construction and improvement of high-quality development evaluation index systems and evaluation methods in various fields.However,the existing high-quality development evaluation index systems in various fields involve incomplete indicators,and there is a lack of empirical research on high-quality development evaluation methods.my country is a big country of coal production and consumption,and coal enterprises also face the lack of complete high-quality development evaluation indicators and scientific evaluation methods.For this reason,coal enterprises urgently need to carry out high-quality development evaluation research.Based on this,this study firstly based on the in-depth study and combing of the relevant research on the connotation,path and evaluation of high-quality development,based on the characteristics of high-quality development of coal enterprises and the relevant national coal industry standards,using literature analysis and induction to construct Evaluation index system for high-quality development of coal enterprises.The evaluation index system mainly includes 6 first-level indicators of innovation,safety,efficiency,green,sharing,and intelligence,9 second-level indicators such as economic efficiency,production efficiency,safe production,etc.,research and development expenses,safety investment expenses,donation amount,etc.21 three-level indicators.Secondly,according to the coal industry standards and industry development characteristics,the standards for various indicators are formulated.Thirdly,using the empirical analysis method to evaluate the current status of China Shenhua's high-quality development,the following main conclusions are drawn:(1)Innovation has promoted China Shenhua's high-quality development goals,but R&D efficiency and R&D investment must be improved.(2)The high-quality development situation at the security level is unstable,which is not conducive to China Shenhua's high-quality development goals.(3)The overall situation of high-efficiency and high-quality development has improved,but the development is not stable,and the return on assets still needs to be increased.(4)The high-quality development at the green level is relatively good,which will help China Shenhua achieve high-quality development goals.(5)The situation of high-quality development at the sharing level is poor,which is not conducive to China Shenhua's achievement of high-quality development goals.Finally,in the process of high-quality development,coal enterprises need to continue to promote innovation,strengthen safety awareness,develop green,efficient and intelligent production,adhere to opening up and sharing results,and strive for coordinated development in all aspects.The indicators constructed and established in this article can well reflect the requirements of coal enterprises to achieve high-quality development,scientifically evaluate the current situation of high-quality development of coal enterprises,and discover the shortcomings in the process of high-quality development,so as to guide coal enterprises achieve high-quality development goals as soon as possible.
