Study On The Influence Of Resource Bricolage On Business Model Innovation Of W Glasses Company

The arrival of digital era promotes the development of China's glasses industry.Due to the low entry threshold of the glasses industry,the serious homogenization of the industry,and the foreign glasses giants have seized market share,the domestic glasses industry has fierce competition.Only by continuously promoting business model innovation,can enterprises win active and sustainable competitive advantage in the fierce market competition.Based on the analysis and evaluation of the original business model framework of W glasses company,the paper finds that the weak links of the enterprises lie in the identification and absorption of resources,the stimulation and integration of resources,etc.based on this,the paper analyzes the resource pooling practice of W glasses company for business model innovation,The paper discusses the influence of resource patching on the innovation of business model of W glasses company.The following conclusions are drawn in this paper:(1)W glasses company has implemented resource patching strategies such as breaking through the habit thinking set,developing new market,reusing with hand resources to promote value creation,resource integration and giving full play to "1 +1 > 2" benefits,etc.,and adopting the ways of factor patching,customer patching and system assembling,which promoted the innovation of the elements of business model.(2)The resource pooling behavior has a positive impact on the innovation of business model of W glasses company.Resource pooling promotes enterprise innovation,promotes the business model of enterprise to go through three stages: from order demand type to technological innovation type,and then to multi market type,which realizes the innovation of business model.This study clarifies the influence mechanism of resource patching on W glasses company's business model,enriches the situation research of business model innovation,and draws the enlightenment that enterprises can promote business model innovation by using resource patching behavior.
