| Coal mine safety is the top priority of our country's work safety and an important factor affecting the sustainable development of the coal industry.In recent years,thanks to the unremitting efforts of various departments and coal enterprises,the safety of coal mines across the country has shown an overall upward trend,but serious accidents in coal mines still occur from time to time,and the safety production situation remains severe.Among the many factors that lead to coal mine accidents,the unsafe behavior of miners is still the main factor.Therefore,improving the quality of safe production of miners is of great significance to improving the level of safe production of coal mines.Existing studies have explored the antecedent mechanism of safety behaviors in terms of safety atmosphere,leadership style and safety attitudes,and have achieved fruitful results.Considering the complexity of coal mine situational factors and the short-term difficulty of changing the personality characteristics of miners,it is necessary to explore the antecedents of good variability in order to more effectively improve the safety behavior of miners.With the development of active organizational behavior,mindfulness applications have received widespread attention in the corporate world.Mindfulness provides a new perspective for studying how to reduce the distraction of miners and improve the safety of miners.In order to explore the impact of mindfulness on the safety behavior of miners in the workplace,based on the theory of limited resources of self-control and the theory of risk perception,self-control and risk perception were introduced as intermediary variables,and a questionnaire survey was conducted with 380 mines under Shanxi coal mining enterprises as the research objects.A total of 343 valid questionnaires were collected.Use AMOS24.0software to build a structural equation model between mindfulness,self-control,risk perception and miners' safety behavior,and explore the path of mindfulness' s influence on miners' safety behavior.The research results show that:(1)The three dimensions of mindfulness observation,description,and conscious action all have significant positive effects on the safety behavior of miners,and the effect is: conscious action>description>observation.Regression analysis shows that observation,description,conscious action,risk perception,and self-control can explain 75.2% of the reasons for changes in safety behavior.The formula of the model is: safe behavior = 0.630 + 0.259×self-control + 0.211×risk perception + 0.155×conscious action +0.116×description + 0.098×observation.(2)Self-control plays a part of the mediating role in the influence of mindfulness on the safety behavior of miners.The Bootstrap method is used to test the mediation effect of self-control.The 95% confidence interval corresponding to each mediation path from mindfulness to the safety behavior of miners does not include 0,indicating that the mediation model of self-control between mindfulness and safety behavior of miners is established,and observation The direct effects of,description,and conscious action to safe behavior are all significant,so the mediating role of self-control in each path is part of the mediating role.(3)Risk perception plays a part of the mediating role in the influence of mindfulness on the safety behavior of miners.Bootstrap method is used to test the mediation effect of risk perception.The 95% confidence interval corresponding to each intermediary path from mindfulness to the safety behavior of miners does not include 0.It shows that the mediating model of risk perception between mindfulness and the safety behavior of miners is established,and the direct effects of observation,description,and conscious action to safe behavior are all significant.Therefore,the mediating role of risk perception in each path is part of the mediating role.Based on the above conclusions,this article puts forward feasible suggestions from the perspective of individual miners and coal enterprise managers. |
