Research On Tax Risk Management Of ZY Drilling Company

As China's taxation system and tax laws and regulations continue to improve,tax administration agencies have increasingly clarified and standardized the content of taxation and tax laws.For oil and gas field enterprises,it involves a large number of taxation taxes,a wide range of taxation areas,large taxation risks,and presents a diversified trend,thus raising higher requirements for the company's tax risk management.The research content of this thesis is based on the background of changes in taxation environment.ZY drilling company was selected as the research object to understand the status quo of its tax risk management,analyze its potential tax risk,and establish a tax risk management system in a timely and effective manner.The prevention and control of tax risk is a topic that needs urgent research.Firstly,we consulted a large number of references on tax risk and taxation management,combined with the actual operation of ZY drilling company,analyzed the tax risk management of ZY drilling company;secondly,it elaborated the basic theory of tax risk management and related concepts of corporate tax risk management.The company explained the status of tax risk management of ZY drilling company again,mainly including the company profile,the internal and external environment of tax risk management,and the current status and characteristics of tax risk management,in order to solve the problems of ZY drilling companies in tax risk management.Discuss and initially establish an integrated tax risk management system,and finally put forward measures to improve ZY drilling company's tax risk management.We hope to gradually standardize the taxation behavior of ZY drilling companies and control the tax risk of ZY drilling companies under the application of this system,so as to enhance the market competitiveness of ZY drilling companies and promote the sustainable development of ZY drilling companies.
