Research On Risk Management Of Letters And Visits In DG Company

The work of letters and visits is an indispensable part of the work of social stability and comprehensive management.The stability of letters and visits of state-owned enterprises is related to the interests of employees of state-owned enterprises,and it is more related to social health and harmony.The risk management work of corporate letters and visits is also one of the important contents in the stability of corporate letters and visits.The thesis based on risk management theory takes DG company's work of letters and visits as an example,standing at two dimensions of the both "human" and "matters",carries out the analysis of the management practice with the stability of letters and visits with the management practice related to DG oilfield company's work with risk management,the timing process and all the stages of “before-during-after of events”.The research finds that DG Oilfield Company has developed corresponding disposal measures according to different risk levels and implemented relevant responsibilities,implemented by one of A,B,C,D four-level with letters and visits to maintain risk prevention,not only tracking,dynamic management,but also strictly adjusting(rising or decreasing)the risk level according to the progress of the case,until the case closed,filed and archived,and settled properly.The results show that DG's work efforts of risk management with letters and visits have achieved the goal of “development is still the top priority,and stability is still the first responsibility”under the background of the new normal of economic development.DG oilfield has achieved good results in strengthening the risk management of work with letters and visits.Based on the 6 inductive conclusions,this paper summarizes its 9 successful experiences: one is strict accountability,the other is adhering to the rule of law,and the third is to resolve conflicts in time,the fourth is to improve the people's livelihood in the oil zone,the fifth is to strengthen information communication,the sixth is to use scientific and technological means,the seventh is to strengthen the integration of forces,the eighth is to strengthen team building,and the nine is to strictly assess rewards and punishments.Due to the current limited system and mechanism of state-owned enterprises,there are certain problems and shortcomings in the risk management of letters and visits in DG oilfields.The main performances are as follows: First,there are certain difficulties and restrictions in the quantitative assessment of the risk management of letters and visits.Second,the mechanism for introducing legal channels related to law-related complaints is still not smooth enough.Third,the risk assessment of the administrative departments and the sense of responsibility of management and control need to be further enhanced.In the future work,all departments of DG Oilfield Company should attach great importance to it,strengthen responsibility,comprehensively apply legal,policy,economic,administrative and other means and education,mediation,and guidance,strengthen risk research and judgment,strengthen source governance,and strive to contradict resolving disputes at the grassroots level,resolving in the bud,avoiding small problems and dragging into big problems,avoiding the general problem becoming a prominent problem of letters and visits,solving the legitimate and legitimate interests of the masses,and constantly creating a new situation in the letters and visits of DG Oilfield Company.
