Study On Safety & Security Intelligence Work Model Towards Safety & Security Management

In recent years,safety & security intelligence(SI),as an emerging discipline integrating safety & security science and intelligence science,has developed rapidly.Its study aims to provide valuable safety &security information for safety & security management(SM).SI and SM interact with each other.Efficient application of SI is an inevitable requirement for scientific and effective SM in the new era.The SI work model represents the specific work path of SI when serving SM,and can provide ideas and frameworks for SM work and SI work.Therefore,it is of great theoretical and practical value to study on SI work model towards SM.This article focuses on the discipline height of SM and SI.Meanwhile,it aims at the needs of SI in SM.In order to build the SI model and solve the application problems of intelligence in SM,this article study on SI work model towards SM,by using document analysis method,comparative analysis method,model method,qualitative method and case analysis method.The main achievements are as follows:1)To lay the foundation for the study of SI towards SM,the relevant basic concepts were defined and analyzed.Moreover,the essence and importance of SI towards SM were analyzed,and the SI function for SM was clarified.2)To clarify the specific content of SI work in SM,the connotation of SI work is analyzed.On this basis,the SI requirement Model Towards SM and the support model of SI work is constructed and analyzed,in order to detail the service and application ideas of SI in SM and meet the SI needs in SM.3)To clarify the work path of SI towards life-cycle SM,the life-cycle of SM is divided.On this basis,the SI work model towards SM life-cycle were constructed and analyzed,and the corresponding case analysis is carried out.4)To provide methodological guidance for the application of SI in SM,taking bio–security & safety management(BM)as an example,the application case analysis is carried out.The relationship between SI and BM was analyzed,and the SI theoretical model and implementation model towards BM is constructed and analyzed.On this basis,the epidemic prevention and control was taken as an example for example analysis.This paper can innovate the development and study direction of SI,and can provide effective theoretical guidance for the study and practice of SI towards SM.
