| At present,China’s automobile industry is booming,forming several camps in the north and south,and has become a major automobile group with regionalization.Under such a background,the management of production equipment of automobile manufacturers is still important.As the main equipment stamping production line in the stamping factory process,which is the first of the four major processes of automobile automakers,there are three other major process equipments in the auto industry automakers,both in terms of the production mode and management mode of the equipment.On the one hand,it is independent of other workshops of the OEM in terms of equipment type,efficiency KPI,management,and planned scheduling.In view of this difference,from different angles,the paper analyzes and studies the overall production capacity improvement method of the stamping production line.This paper takes the Beijing Benz Automobile Co.,Ltd.stamping factory Weingarton production line as an example,from the development history of the stamping production line in the automobile manufacturing plant,adopts the SWOT analysis method.From the aspects of efficiency improvement,staffing,equipment performance,standardization management,product qualification rate,production management,etc.of stamping production,it is necessary to analyze and research how to use the stamping production line efficiently and reasonably.The MTM research method comprehensively analyzes the work content of the stamping automatic line operator,and rebalances the workload of the employees.In particular,the auxiliary personnel and the direct production personnel can perform the coordinated work management to improve the utilization rate of the personnel.An important change was made in the concept of die maintenance: passive maintenance is an active preventive maintenance.Establish differentiated die preventive maintenance system specifications.In the management of stamping equipment,adopt effective TPM management methods to reduce the seven wastes,improve OEE,and get more good products.After the value stream analysis,the stamping workshop plans to run the flexible stamping production mode,significantly reducing the storage capacity of the coil material and the sheet material;reducing the material storage footprint,saving the floor space of the workshop,and further reducing the number of personnel to be edited,reducing labor costs,and KPI performance measures the results of managing lean management improvements.Through the summary analysis of this article and Beijing Benz Auto Co.,Ltd.through the actual project implementation,the overall efficiency of the stamping production line is greatly improved,and the related industries can be used for reference in the die maintenance,equipment management and production mode configuration. |
