With the improvement of people's life quality,people's pursuit of clothing tends to be more and more personalized.The change of clothing market demand makes the clothing industry increasingly fierce competition,and the size of clothing customization market gradually expanded.Due to the characteristics of irregular arrival and short delivery time of customized orders,it increases the difficulty of customized enterprise management and production scheduling.Taking the newly established shirt customization enterprise Huanghuai Lei Zu Garment as the research object,this paper proposes a series of solutions to the problems of insufficient management,difficult order scheduling and low production efficiency in the process of customized order production.First of all,the production and management status of the customized production line is analyzed.In terms of personnel,equipment,environment and other management,combined with the actual situation of the production line of the enterprise,according to lean production theory,the optimization and improvement plan is put forward,and the implementation of the optimization plan is verified.At the same time,aiming at the situation that the order arrived at any time and the production schedule was difficult to control,the production Simulation software Plant Simulation was used to simulate the customized production line.Take the production of six custom shirt orders that arrive at the same time and have the same delivery date as an example,optimize the layout of production line and order production sequence;After optimization,the production line preparation efficiency is increased by 10%,and the total flow time of orders in the sewing line is reduced from 1094 s to 971 s.Finally,based on the optimization of fixed production line,the scheduling scheme of dynamic process allocation is proposed.By increasing the skill level parameters of workers on the production line,the optimization function is established by using NSGA? algorithm to minimize the total flow time and total completion time.Taking the production of the six customized shirt orders as an example,Matlab R2016 b was used to write the algorithm program to generate the customized shirt scheduling scheme.The total flow time of order in the sewing line is reduced to 879 s,and the efficiency of the production line is further improved.Based on lean production theory and production scheduling algorithm,this paper studies the application of production management optimization and production order scheduling in customized enterprises,providing solutions for production management and production line scheduling in apparel customized enterprises.
