Nowadays,enterprises are facing more and more survival pressure due to the development of globalization.So is TOYOTA,who is also deeply affected by the enormous competition pressure.To regain the business competitiveness,TOYOTA made numbers of trials on enterprise operation.TOYOTA develops the classic lean production mode.Comparing with the traditional one-piece production mode and mass production mode,lean production mode focuses on a better control of production cost,reducing production stocks and decreasing defective index and other ways,to decrease unnecessary consumption.The core features of this method are variety products,small batch production,high production efficiency and low production consumption.In recent years,customers have varied requirement.How to improve customer satisfaction,reduce waste,optimal inventory,and further control of costs,is a challenge.To cope with this global competition wave and improve the viability,HS corporation began to implement lean production strategy in 2015.Although the lean production strategy is a more scientific strategy,it's practice in HS company didn't reach the expectation.The employees have psychological conflict on learning more skills after the implementation of new production strategy.The enthusiasm of employee was not mobilized.These problems cannot be ignored,poor handling would cause a negative impact on the production and management of HS.After studying the theory of lean production,investigation of HS on the spot was held,to get the data index before and after the implementation of lean production strategy.On this basis,we use related technologies and methods on lean production and industrial engineering,to analysis these data.Finally,quantitative and qualitative methods are used to evaluate the implementation of lean production.The study shows that there are several aspects of practical contribution of lean production technology: firstly,promotion of lean production theory;secondly,the implementation of 5S standardized operation;thirdly,the successful lean transformation of the production line.For another thing,HS also has a lot of problems in the lean production strategy implementation.As to the study of this problem,combining with the survey of expert opinion and lean production results,we propose some improvement suggestion for HS,to provide a reference for HS and the other lean production practicing enterprises.As the investigation of previous theoretical studies and HS company's actual survey,companies always focus on improvement of resources,equipment and other aspects,but ignore the most important “human” factor,in the research and practice of lean production theory.This paper puts forward that we should pay more attention on the subjective initiative of the people when in the process of lean production practice,and emphasizes the flexible use of theory.Only pay more attention to the human factor,the lean production strategy can be carried out more smoothly.These are the areas that HS and later explorers should pay more attention to.
