In recent years,with the steady and steady development of China’s economy,the jewelry industry has also flourished in China.With the improvement of consumer spending power and the rise of personalized demand in the market,the intensity of competition in the domestic market is constantly increasing.How to continuously enhance competitive strength is a severe challenge commonly faced by the jewelry industry.The Shenzhen factory of Company A is located in Shenzhen,an important hub for the entire jewelry industry chain in China and even the world,directly facing continuous challenges from various competitors.The Shenzhen factory belongs to the traditional jewelry manufacturing production line,and in order to maintain an advantage in competition,it is urgent to improve production and operation efficiency and overall production and operation performance.This article focuses on the XQ product production line of Company A’s Shenzhen factory,which has the most complex process,the highest product premium,and is highly representative in the jewelry industry.The research topic is the optimization strategy of production line on-site management,and relevant theories and tools such as lean production and value flow are used to conduct research.By analyzing the current production management status of XQ product production lines and using lean production related tools,identify the main problems on the production line site,such as gaps in production cycles and goals,poor on-site operating environment,inability to follow up on production situations in a timely manner,and insufficient efficiency utilization of CNC process personnel.In response to the problem,tools such as Value Stream Map and Ishikawa Map were used to analyze and summarize the root causes of the problem,and four optimization measures were developed to shorten the production cycle,implement on-site 5S,promote electronic signage driven production,and improve equipment comprehensive efficiency.Finally,by developing an implementation plan and guarantee measures for optimization measures,the formulated optimization measures can be effectively implemented.The research in this article has important reference and reference significance for traditional jewelry manufacturing enterprises in the industry,especially for XQ product production lines,to promote lean production and upgrade the traditional jewelry manufacturing production mode to modern manufacturing mode,in order to improve the production management level and efficiency of enterprises,and to enhance their competitive strength.At the same time,the research results of this article will also be systematically promoted to the same type of production line based on the current situation of the other three production bases of Company A,in order to improve the performance of the entire production and supply sector of Company A.
