S City Domestic Waste Classification Policy Implementation Research On Influencing Factors

In recent years,my country’s urbanization construction has been advancing continuously,and the amount of domestic waste generated by urban residents has been increasing.According to statistics,more than half of my country’s cities have fallen into the dilemma of "garbage siege".The advanced experience of developed countries in solving the problem of domestic waste shows that garbage classification can realize its recycling and alleviate this predicament.In 2017,the State Council issued the "Implementation Plan for the Domestic Waste Classification System",which stipulates my country’s relevant management methods for waste disposal and reflects the principle of mandatory classification.It can be seen that the classification and treatment of domestic waste has become an urgent environmental policy in major cities,and how to improve the implementation of the domestic waste classification policy has become a realistic problem that needs to be considered and resolved in the current society.City S is one of the 46 cities in my country that compulsorily classify domestic waste.Based on collecting and sorting out a large amount of literature,the author chooses the Edwards model indicator system as the basis for quantitative research,and refers to the indicators of the relevant classic policy execution model.Incorporating these indicators into the research on garbage classification in City S,a brand-new research model on the influencing factors of the implementation of the domestic waste classification policy was established,and five assumptions were made:(1)The target group and the existence of the implementation of the domestic waste classification policy Positive relationship.(2)There is a positive correlation between resources and the implementation of domestic waste classification policies.(3)There is a positive correlation between the executor’s preference and the implementation of the domestic waste classification policy.(4)There is a positive correlation between the organizational structure and the implementation of the domestic waste classification policy.(5)There is a significant correlation between resources,target groups,executor’s preferences and organizational structure.By issuing questionnaires and data collection,using SPSS26.0 software to analyze the data,perform descriptive statistical analysis based on the relevant hypotheses put forward,and then use AMOS24.0 software to establish an SEM model,and use the model to analyze and test the five-point hypothesis.In the end,it is concluded that there is indeed a positive correlation between the target group,resources,executor preferences,organizational structure and the implementation of the domestic waste classification policy,and the four observed variables have significant influences,which can verify the validity of the hypothesis proposed in this paper.The end of this article is mainly to discuss the analysis of the first half and get the research results and related enlightenment:(1)Fully develop and utilize resources.(2)Mobilize the enthusiasm of the target group.(3)Strengthen the construction of executor’s attributes.(4)Optimize the organizational structure.
