With the development of e-commerce,traditional retail companies have begun to improve their services as an important strategy for corporate development.At the same time,consumers’ demand for in-store service experience has continued to increase.Companies need to focus on store employees who directly face customers to improve service quality.Retail companies want to achieve the growth of store operating profits and sustainable business development,the key is to improve employee satisfaction.Store employees’ job satisfaction will affect employee service quality,which in turn will affect customer satisfaction,and ultimately affect the company’s overall profit and development.This article takes R company as the research object and designs related questionnaires based on the research results on employee satisfaction at home and abroad,and uses the questionnaire survey method to conduct job satisfaction surveys on the employees of R company stores.Through the use of mathematical statistical methods to analyze the collected survey data,and conduct in-depth interviews with some of the store employees,to understand the satisfaction of R company’s store employees.Through research,it is found that the overall job satisfaction of R company store employees is not high.Work itself,material returns,growth and development,and corporate management are the main factors that affect the overall satisfaction of R company employees.Combining the management status of R company to find out and analyze the reasons for low satisfaction,put forward targeted countermeasures to improve employee satisfaction,and provide a basis for the company to improve management.Through analysis and research,this article proposes to adopt four specific measures to improve employee expectations for work,build and improve the salary and welfare system,improve employee promotion and training systems,and strengthen corporate culture to help R company improve employee satisfaction and help the company be healthy sustainable development. |
