Coal enterprises occupy the important position in the development of national economy,but coal sales enterprises are under great pressure because of the current global economic downturn and China's slow economic growth,lead to a weak market and coal overcapacity.Employee satisfaction is an important influence factor to promote the development and competitiveness of coal sales enterprises.Many factors influence the employee satisfaction,to sum up mainly includes the work itself?work environment,work reward,the level of leadership,the rules and regulations and the sex,age,education,title,position,length of service and other personal characteristics.Based on these factors,refine 20 indexes,and designs the questionnaire,through the field investigation of the coal enterprise,find the staff overall satisfaction level is higher,but the individual indicators there is a big difference,As the highest level of satisfaction of the five indicators are the working properties of content,training opportunities,fair performance assessment of rationality,the leadership to take the lead role,colleague relationship.Five indicators of average minimum are respectively,work pressure,wage income,working tools,advanced means of other benefits,employee involvement.On this basis,from establishing the "people-oriented management" management idea,improve employee satisfaction;employee job stress concerns,properly adjust the performance appraisal standards;providing compensation level and competitive benefits;promote employee participation,enhance the work enthusiasm;improve the training management system,enhance the level of satisfaction of employees to strengthen the construction of human resources several aspects.Through the systematic study on HeiLongJiang Coal Group sales enterprise employee satisfaction problem,understand the specific factors that affect employee satisfaction in a certain environment,conducive to problem for concrete analysis,get the corresponding solution,to promote the promotion of employee satisfaction.Through a lot of questionnaire survey and statistical analysis,this paper found that the coal sales staff is satisfied for the work,but affected by the macro environment,work under a lot of pressure,and have the different satisfaction because of different personal traits.Therefore,the enterprise managers should manage enterprise combination of feature and employee characteristics,through the combination of take different measures to improve employee satisfaction.
