Since the reform and opening up,China’s economic development into the fast track,the rapid development of various industries,coal industry as the basis of industry,has also been rapidly developed.Facing the rapid development of the economic situation and social environment,more and more enterprise managers clearly feel the intensification of talent competition,but also a deep sense of the important role of human resources.As an important production resource of enterprise production,talents play an important role in the process of enterprise development.They are the creators of enterprise profits and also the important factors of enterprise development.How to improve the satisfaction of employees,maintain the stability of talents,reduce the loss of talents,effectively mobilize the enthusiasm of employees,so that they fully develop their own potential and wholeheartedly serve the production and management has become an important issue in modern human resources management.The employee’s behavior is affected by the employee’s satisfaction,and the employee’s satisfaction is directly related to the productivity and economic efficiency of the enterprise.At present,China’s coal enterprises production,safety accidents occur frequently,the accident caused by the main human factors.Therefore,it is not only beneficial to reduce the accident,but also beneficial to improve the production efficiency and economic benefit of enterprises to find out the main factors influencing the job satisfaction of coal industry employees and take effective measures to improve the employee satisfaction.This paper takes PJM company staff work as the research object,adopts literature reading method,questionnaire survey method,interview method,factor analysis and difference analysis and other research methods to study the satisfaction of PJM company employees.Mainly through the questionnaire to data the satisfaction of PJM employees,after data collection and collation,using IBM AMOS software,to build an employee satisfaction structural equation model to study the main factors affecting employee satisfaction.It is intended to explore the degree of impact of job return,work environment,safety and security,work itself,and personal development on PJM employees ’satisfaction.This paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to enhance employee’s satisfaction with "work itself",provide career guidance,and strengthen safety management.In order to further improve the management level of PJM in human resources,enhance the employee’s sense of identity and belonging to the company,improve the stability of the workforce,enhance the competitiveness of the company,and ensure that PJM can achieve a strong and steady development in the fierce market competition.
