In order to enhance the competitiveness of state-owned enterprises(SOEs)in the international environment of economic globalisation,the Party Central Committee considered and passed the Three-Year Action Plan for Reform of State-owned Enterprises(SOEs)in June 2020,which promotes SOEs to continue to grow stronger,better and larger at the institutional level.State-owned enterprises to continue to grow,the workforce plays a vital role,and the development of the enterprise and the degree of employee satisfaction with the work has a close relationship,in which the work itself,leadership behaviour,teamwork,return on work,the company’s management and development,the working environment,personal development and training and other seven factors are closely related to the job satisfaction of employees.Improving employee satisfaction is not only conducive to reducing the employee turnover rate,but also has a certain role in promoting the competitiveness of the enterprise.CQ Company is a crude oil pipeline transportation state-owned enterprises,founded in 1978,the existing staff of 487 people,the grass-roots staff of 423 people,accounting for 86.9%of the grass-roots staff for the degree of satisfaction with the work,which directly affects their own behaviour,and the staffs behaviour has an important impact on the quality development of CQ Company,which has a significant impact on the development of CQ Company.The company’s high-quality development has an important impact,so this paper takes 423 grass-roots employees of CQ Company as the research sample,and adopts scientific research methods such as literature method,questionnaire survey method,interview method,etc.,to carry out a survey and research on the grass-roots employees’ satisfaction of CQ Company,aiming at the improvement of grass-roots employees’ satisfaction.According to the research study,it is found that CQ Company has the problems of low level of salary and benefits,irregular rewards and punishments,unscientific performance appraisal,not attaching importance to the personal development of the employees,lack of effective training for grassroots employees,lack of teamwork and positivity and initiative,lack of communication in superior and subordinate relations,and humanistic care needs to be strengthened,and so on.The causes of the above problems are mainly:imperfect salary incentive system,unreasonable performance appraisal,unfair promotion channel,flawed training mechanism,lack of rationality in human resource planning,lack of advanced management concepts of managers,unclear role positioning of employees and other reasons.After an in-depth analysis of the above problems,this paper formulates an improvement plan in line with the actual situation of CQ Company,and puts forward specific measures to enhance the satisfaction of grass-roots employees,such as:perfecting the salary management system,perfecting the employee welfare system,perfecting the performance appraisal system,perfecting the training system,constructing an effective promotion mechanism,and strengthening the construction of corporate culture.The research of this paper is conducive to improving the management status quo of CQ Company,so that the grass-roots employee satisfaction of CQ Company can be improved,which provides certain reference and reference value for other state-owned enterprises of the same type to improve the satisfaction of grass-roots employees.
