Systematic Management Analysis And Research On Fashion Design And Development Process

Because the fashion design and development cycle is shrinking,the traditional unified research and development management model can no longer meet the needs of today's fast-paced and efficient product development process.Due to the certain differences in the research and development process between the apparel industry and other industries,and the existence of certain commonalities,this paper is based on the literature of authoritative new product development processes that have been successfully applied in other fields.In the above,combined with the industry characteristics of the clothing enterprises to improve the systematic management system of effective garment design and development process.There have been some successful cases confirmed: The Stage-Gate research and development model and Lean development process used in other traditional industry product design and development processes can also be applied in the product development process of garment design companies.Six Sigma DFSS(IDOV)systematic management approach can help optimize systematic management of fashion design development processes.First of all,through the research of knowledge system and literature in this field at home and abroad,the author elaborates on the concepts of research and development process and systematic management from the definition of new product research and development process.The author selects the local clothing brand case for in-depth research,and continuously explores and constructs three sets of system management systems for clothing design and development processes of clothing enterprises and design studios of different scales.Secondly,this paper demonstrates through empirical research that there is a proportional relationship between the designer's self-efficacy and the efficiency of the design process.It also demonstrates the importance of a systematic management system for the rational construction of garment design research and development processes.Finally,improving the organizational structure and optimizing the product development process is the top priority of the systematic management of the product development process.It not only provides reference suggestions for the long-term and stable development of the enterprise,but also provides a certain reference value for the systematic management of garment enterprises and the management of design managers.
