Study On Problems And Countermeasures Of Exploitation And Utilization Of Red Cultural Tourism Resources Of Dayi County Government In Chengdu City

Red cultural tourism is an integral part of Chinese cultural tourism,and the development of red cultural tourism aims to enhance the national spirit of China.In recent years,the development of red cultural tourism has attracted great attention from the government,tourism industry and scientific research departments,due to the impetus of the State and the increasing demand of the public for cultural life.It is an innovative combination of tourism policy,education,culture and economy,and has achieved impressive results.It plays a positive role in economic,social and cultural development,paving the way for spiritual wealth to be transformed into social wealth.Essentially,it is a virtuous circle beneficial to society.This paper focuses on the role of government in the development of red cultural tourism resources as the entry point to the red cultural tourism resources research of Dayi County,with the new public management theory,stakeholder theory and cultural ecology theory as the theoretical basis,integrating the literature research,on-the-spot investigation,comparative analysis and other research methods,to clarify the status quo of red cultural tourism resources in Dayi County.This paper probes into the deficiencies and causes of government management and operation in the process of utilization of red cultural tourism resources in Dayi County,and puts forward optimization measures.The study shows that there are some defects in the management and operation of the government in the area of red cultural tourism resources development in Dayi County,such as single resource development,weak content of red culture in city name cards,insufficient resource integration and weak infrastructure.With reference of the existing researches by scholars and the experience of some other domestic regional development,this paper analyzes the causes of the problems,and proposes some optimization measures on the management and operation of government,so as to promote the rapid development of red cultural tourism in Dayi County and improve the efficiency of red cultural tourism resource utilization,giving full play to its comprehensive value.
