Research On The Protection And Development Of Cultural Resources In Yi County Under The Background Of Regional Tourism

Cultural resources are the most valuable resource for development and the important embodiment of a country’s global national power.A cultural visit to the peasant villages is appreciated day after day as part of the political support for the strategy of promoting the peasant villages,and the development of the cultural resources of the peasant villages is an important aid that addresses the problem of the"three agricultures" of our country.From poor provinces to early travel modeling areas throughout the region,Yi Province became the first prefectural unit to be selected for its abundant tourism resources.In addition,the protection and development of Yi Province’s cultural resources has entered a new stage,but many problems related to current conservation and development work have also been revealed.Therefore,it is necessary to analyze specific problems in order to explore feasible measures for the protection and development of cultural resources in Yi County under the background of all-inclusive tourism,and improve the cultural soft power of Yi County.This paper chose cultural resources for research.Against the backdrop of global tourism,Yi County is the first national pilot project for global tourism as a global tourism demonstration project that collects and organizes large amounts of literature and data based on cultural line theory,sustainable development,cultural values,etc.,and to study the protection and development of Lee’s cultural resources through field studies.Surveys and in-depth interviews.Based on the classification of existing cultural resources,systematically discussed cultural resources and summarized the effectiveness of protecting and developing Yi County’s cultural resources into three aspects:state integration,corporate aid,and social evaluation.Combined with the results of the survey and interviews,we extracted and analyzed the dilemma of developing the protection of cultural resources,lack of integration of cultural resources,lack of marketing support,lack of human resources policy,development mechanism,the lack of depth of cultural and tourist convergence,the low participation of the public and the development of problems in the protection and development of cultural Resources.The main causes of these problems are unhealthy mechanisms of the system of protection and development of cultural resources,an imperfect market environment,social evaluations and feedback.On this basis,we have proposed practical measures and proposals for the protection and development of Yi County’s cultural resources,such as,the protection of cultural resources,the development of cultural resources,the strengthening of marketing promotion,the strengthening of human command building,the revival of tourism around the world through the integration of cultural tourism and the protection and development of cultural resources for human Participation.
