Evaluation Of Tourism Utilization Potential Of Intangible Cultural Heritage Resources In Guizhou Province And Development Strategy Research

Intangible cultural heritage is an important part of traditional Chinese culture and contains unique cultural values.Rational protection and development of intangible cultural heritage can not only inherit and promote traditional culture,but also promote the development of regional economy.In the context of "cultural tourism integration",the combination of tourism industry and intangible cultural heritage to develop together,in line with the development trend of the times,can not only promote the transformation and upgrading of the tourism industry,but also drive the inheritance and protection of intangible cultural heritage.The use of intangible cultural heritage for tourism can meet the diversified needs of current tourism consumers as well as realize the value of intangible cultural heritage itself,which is of great significance and value.Guizhou Province is a typical multi-ethnic region in China,with very rich intangible cultural heritage resources and good basic conditions for the development of intangible heritage tourism,but how to explore and utilize these resources to promote the development of intangible cultural heritage tourism in Guizhou needs to be thoroughly researched and explored.There are still few analyses on the evaluation of NRM tourism potential in Guizhou in existing studies.How to identify micro-spatial units suitable for the development of NRM tourism on the basis of the evaluation of NRM potential and pay attention to the development and utilization of its tourism value under the premise of protecting NRM resources is the key research and practical direction for the future development of NRM tourism in Guizhou Province.Based on the research results of intangible cultural heritage at home and abroad,this study takes national and provincial-level intangible cultural heritage projects in Guizhou Province as the research objects,and takes six prefecture-level municipalities,three minority autonomous prefecture capitals and 68 county-level administrative districts in Guizhou Province as the evaluation units.Firstly analyzes the current situation of intangible cultural heritage resources in Guizhou Province.Then,based on the theory of Angpu,the evaluation index system of tourism utilization potential of non-heritage resources is constructed by considering domestic and foreign research results,experts’ opinions and the realistic conditions of tourism development of non-heritage in Guizhou Province,selecting indicators from three aspects of non-heritage resources richness,tangible space carrier of non-heritage and external environment of non-heritage tourism development,applying hierarchical analysis method and experts’ scoring method to determine index weights,and evaluating the tourism utilization potential of non-heritage resources of each research unit in Guizhou Province.Finally,we propose the development strategies of NRM tourism in each potential area from different perspectives,taking into account the current situation of NRM resources in Guizhou and the differences in the tourism utilization potential of NRM resources in each study unit.The main conclusions are as follows:(1)The total amount of non-heritage resources in Guizhou province is rich,with ten categories of non-heritage projects;the spatial distribution of non-heritage resources in Guizhou province is uneven,with an overall spatial distribution pattern of "two main core areas,four high-density areas,and two medium-density areas",and there are obvious geographical differences among the study units.(2)In terms of tourism utilization potential of NRM resources,there are significant differences in the single-factor evaluation and grading of each study unit;in the comprehensive evaluation and grading,there are only 2 high-potential areas in Guiyang city and Zunyi city,13 high-potential areas,27 medium-potential areas and 35 low-potential areas,with obvious differences in tourism utilization potential of NRM in each study unit.(3)The very high potential areas need to create high-quality non-heritage,establish brand effect and build a smart non-heritage tourism system;the high potential areas should focus on digging deeper into the cultural connotation,creating regional characteristics and coordinating planning to promote regional cooperation;the medium and low potential areas should focus on declaration of non-heritage,improving infrastructure and sound diversified protection mechanism.The research results provide new ideas for the tourism development and utilization of intangible heritage resources in Guizhou Province,and help promote the high-quality and sustainable development of intangible cultural heritage tourism in Guizhou Province.
