| Objective:Through the methods of literature research,a complete,feasible,effective technical evolution analysis framework and theory model was meant to be built,which was used as a guide for technology evolution analysis on designated field.And this framework model was designed to realize macro display of technology evolution process and micro disclosure of technology evolution law,and to improve and perfect the existing technology evolution analysis methods.There was no unified theoretical framework of technology evolution analysis from the perspective of the law of technology development right now,therefore the construction of theoretical framework and model can guide the practical research.Through the analysis of technological evolution,the aim was to clarify the current status of technological development in the field,to explore the law of technological development in the field,and to provide reference for the development of cooperation between enterprises and the country,scientific and technological layout and other strategies.Subject and Methods:On the basis of previous research,this paper abstracted the theoretical framework of technology evolution analysis from the perspective of workflow by summarizing the research ideas related to technology evolution.Combined with literature research method,model analysis method and comparative analysis method to determine the theoretical framework of each component.Based on the theory of technological evolution,a core patent recognition model was constructed from the perspective of technological knowledge diffusion.Improving patent citation network from the perspective of information utilization.And combined with SAO text analysis method and main path analysis method,the law of technological evolution was finally explored and presented.Based on the constructed theoretical framework and model,the patent data of vaccine preparation field was taken as the research object,and the technological evolution process and the main context of knowledge development in the field were excavated and displayed through data acquisition,processing,calculation,visualization and other operations.Results:Through the SCA analysis theoretical framework and model of technology evolution,the research on the current situation of technology development and the law of technology evolution in the field of vaccine preparation was completed.At present,the field of vaccine preparation is still in the growth stage of the technology life cycle,and related technical achievements are still increasing.The development of vaccine technology showed a certain rule of following the route of vaccine sub-technology.Live attenuated vaccine technology was the earliest and far ahead of the development of the other three technologies.In the embryonic stage,the technology mainly focused on the preparation of attenuated strains of escherichia coli and vibrio cholerae.And the technology as a whole presents a relatively obvious law of technological development focusing on exploring and solving problems.In the growth stage,the technical achievements of live attenuated vaccine decreased significantly,while inactivated vaccine,toxoid vaccine and subunit vaccine made great progress.During this period,there were two outbreaks of vaccine-related technologies related to specific pathogens,and it was also from this stage that the technology related to vaccine culture preprocessing that could be common to all types of vaccines began to receive attention and development.Attenuated inactivated vaccines showed an obvious trend of decline in the whole cycle,while inactivated vaccines and recombinant subunit vaccines showed a good trend of development.Conclusion:On the basis of previous research,the main tasks of technology evolution are analyzed and the SCA theoretical framework of evolution analysis was constructed.From inherent law of technology development,guided by the technology evolution theory,the core patent recognition model from the technical knowledge diffusion perspective was built to improve the patent filter part of this framework,an improved citation path overlay network scheme was proposed to replace the network construction part of the framework,and finally a complete and feasible SCA framework model to technology evolution analysis was set up,which can improve the system of technology evolution analysis theory and method.The feasibility and superiority of the core patent identification model,and the rationality and validity of the SCA analysis framework to technology evolution were verified by the application in the field of vaccine preparation. |
