resource utilization of urban solid waste,but the overall planning of economic and social development and urban solid waste management.Under the guidance of the concept,explore an urban development model that reduces its environmental impact by promoting the formation of green consumption,low-carbon development,and recycling development,and recycling the solid waste that has been generated.As the largest developing country in the world,my country produces a large amount of municipal solid waste every year.If the legal system can be established to promote the reasonable disposal of these solid wastes,it will not only alleviate the pressure on the urban environment,but also re-use part of the municipal waste.Re-play its efficacy and reduce the consumption of ecological resources.At the same time,urban residents can also form a green and healthy lifestyle and promote the harmonious coexistence of the city and nature.However,the disposal of municipal solid waste is a systematic project,which cannot be realized by a single subject,and requires multi-party cooperation and multi-party governance.However,for a long time,urban solid waste management has mainly relied on the promotion of administrative agencies.The main responsibility of the enterprise has not been exerted.The participation of the enterprise is not strong,and the social investment and force intervention in environmental governance,build a new urban solid waste management model led by the government,corporate entities,and extensive participation from all walks of life,and explore stable and mature management experience and systems in a timely manner The results are fixed through legislation,and the innovation of the solid waste management model is continuously promoted with the rule of law
