| With the development of urbanization,the urban population is increasing exponentially,the man-made heat exhaust in residential areas and the large number of heat sources generated in life production are increasing,and the urban heat island problem is prominent,forcing the comfort problem of urban residential areas to face a greater challenge.The optimal design of outdoor environment in residential areas is an important method to alleviate the above problems.To this end,the impact mechanism of the outdoor thermal environment in residential areas is studied in terms of both road layout patterns and greenery using real measurements and simulation methods in Guilin city as an example.The main research contents and results are as follows:Firstly,two residential areas were selected as the objects of actual measurement,and the microclimate characteristics parameters of residential areas under different road layout patterns were obtained,and the existing problems of outdoor thermal environment of residential areas were analyzed and renovation plans were proposed in combination with the general thermal climate index evaluation model.The measured data show that the wider the road,the higher the outdoor air temperature,the lower the humidity and the higher the flow rate;when the underlayment is made of cobblestone,grass and marble,the outdoor thermal environment has a better mitigation effect;when the greening type is vegetation of compound greening,the outdoor cooling and humidification effect is the best.In addition,residential area A has limited improvement effect on outdoor thermal environment due to dense rows of buildings and more landscape greenery,while the green vegetation in residential area B is dominated by trees with long growing life,large tree canopy and high shade coverage,therefore,the microclimate environment is better.Secondly,the thermal environment model of the residential area was established with the help of ENVI-met software,and the reliability of the model was verified by the measured data,and the outdoor microclimate of the residential area was simulated and analyzed.The results show that the road width is 3m>6m>9m,the sub-bedding surface is cobblestone>grass>marble>grass tile>asphalt,and the greening type is compound greening>shrubs>trees>no greening in order of improving the outdoor thermal environment.It can be seen that the width of the road,the underlayment and the type of greenery in the residential area are the main factors affecting the level of outdoor thermal environment,which has a greater impact on the outdoor thermal environment.Finally,the optimized retrofit analysis and the best comfort retrofit solution are proposed for the studied thermal environment of residential area A.The results show that:the best effect of cooling and humidification is achieved when the road width is 3 m,and the average outdoor UTCI is reduced by 0.82°C;the use of cobblestone material for the lower mat is effective in mitigating the outdoor thermal environment,and the average outdoor UTCI is reduced by 1.32°C;the best effect of cooling and humidification is achieved in the form of compound greening,and the average outdoor UTCI is reduced by 0.82°C.The research of this paper provides important reference suggestions for the thermal environment of the existing residential areas in Guilin City This paper provides important reference suggestions for the optimization of the thermal environment of existing residential areas and the regeneration design of modern residential areas in the future. |
