With the rapid development of our country,the high-rise residential area has become the mainstream form of residence,but with the pursuit of high plot ratio and unreasonable building layout form,it will lead to the deterioration of outdoor wind field environment,seriously affecting the comfort and safety of outdoor activities of residents.And the excessive use of air conditioning leads to the deterioration of the environment and indoor air quality,building energy consumption in the air conditioning system is also increasing.The reasonable planning and layout of residential area can improve the outdoor wind environment.Windproof in winter and natural ventilation in summer play an important role in reducing energy consumption and improving people's comfort.And the air quality novel coronavirus pneumonia is also closely related to the people's health.Good wind environment is also conducive to the reduction of air pollutant concentration.In the development of the new global coronavirus pneumonia,experts also advocate ventilation is the most effective way,ventilation 2 to 3 times a day,every half a small amount of the environment can be a large number of viruses diluted.Not only such a comfortable wind environment is conducive to increase the frequency of outdoor activities of residents,enhance the communication between neighbors,give spiritual "ventilation" and give vitality to the residential area at the same time,so as to maximize the value of outdoor space.Because the study of wind environment is not universal,the influence of different regional climate conditions on outdoor wind field is different,but the study of wind environment in high-rise residential area in Urumqi is less.In this paper,according to the characteristics of wind climate in Urumqi,wind prevention in winter and natural ventilation in summer are mainly considered.Based on the 30-year meteorological data,the boundary parameters of wind environment simulation are selected,and the current situation of Urumqi high-rise residential area is analyzed.It is found that the residential form is mainly plate building,and the layout of the determinant is more.Starting from the influence law of residential area on outdoor wind environment,starting from single building,the paper analyzes the influence of building height and length on outdoor wind environment.The wind shadow area and the increase of building height and length are positively related,and the wind speed on the building surface increases with the increase of building height.The wind shadow area behind the high-rise building is an important factor affecting the outdoor wind speed.With the increase of the building length,the acceleration effect of the wind field on both sides of the building is more obvious,and "corner wind" is easy to appear at the corner of the building,which is also the place with the largest wind speed in the whole wind field.The pedestrian comfort and safety problems should be considered in the design.The simulation of group building mainly simulates four common layout forms.Based on the requirements of green building evaluation standard,the most suitable layout form of Urumqi high-rise residential area is the determinant.Building orientation is also one of the main factors affecting the outdoor wind environment.Based on the simulation analysis of architectural layout based on the determinant,the most suitable orientation for Urumqi is about 15 ° south by West.After reaching the above conclusions,the effectiveness of the conclusions is verified by practical cases and the optimization design strategy is summarized.Then the feasibility of the optimization is verified by establishing the buildings around the simulation object and restoring the natural wind field by terrain simulation again.Finally,the paper summarizes the reference of the design guidelines based on the outdoor wind environment in Urumqi high-rise residential area.The reasonable wind environment optimization has a great impact on the microclimate environment.It is advocated that the wind environment related simulation report should be issued for the proposed buildings.The architect should consider the wind environment of the residential area,the base terrain and the local wind climate factors in the design stage,and combine the original terrain around the building and the original buildings to make a comprehensive consideration,which is the key point under the requirements of the current green building design standards.
