Abstract/Summary:
With the development of the new era,the degree of development and utilization of land and space is getting higher and higher,which requires efficient,scientific,and unified land and space planning to provide support.And the evaluation of the carrying capacity of resources and environment and the suitability evaluation of land and space development,as an important foundation of the early stage of land and space planning,also has important practical significance.At present,most of the evaluations of the carrying capacity of resources and environment and the suitability of land and space development are at the provincial level.This research takes Xiaohe Modern Industrial District in Shanxi Province as the research object,and tries to carry out a double evaluation on a smaller scale than the county.Combining various data collected in this study,the two-evaluation method that had emerged in the past two years is used to construct an evaluation system model for resource and environmental carrying capacity and development suitability.And spatial analysis methods such as spatial interpolation,spatial overlay analysis,and multi-factor comprehensive analysis are used on the Arc GIS software platform to perform single-element integrated evaluation to determine the carrying capacity levels of various space.Then using the discriminant matrix method to compare the importance of ecological protection.The suitability level of agricultural production and urban construction and development are evaluated.Based on the evaluation results,the spatial superposition is performed to obtain the territorial spatial function zoning,which provides an appropriate reference for future Xiaohe Industrial Zone planning and promotes the industrial layout of the Xiaohe Industrial Zone to be more reasonable.The following conclusions are obtained:(1)To construct the evaluation system for the importance of ecological protection in the modern industrial zone of Xiaohe,it is necessary to evaluate the study area from the two perspectives of the importance of ecosystem services and ecological sensitivity.And revising it in conjunction with the concentration of ecological patches to obtain the importance of ecological protection sexual grade division.Among them,the area of extremely important ecological protection level accounted for more than 83%,which mainly distributed in the middle of the study area.The overall ecosystem service function is good,and soil erosion in ecological sensitivity is relatively serious,and the overall level is at a medium level.However,there are large areas of arable land and residential land in the most important areas of ecological protection,which is not conducive to ecological protection.The area of arable land should be appropriately reduced and encouraged tree planting and afforestation.(2)In order to construct a method system for the evaluation of the agricultural production carrying capacity and suitability of the Xiaohe Modern Industrial Zone,firstly,the evaluation is carried out from the four aspects of land resources,water resources,environment and meteorological disasters.And the agricultural production carrying capacity grade classification is obtained through the spatial superposition method.According to the contiguous extent of the plots,the divisions of agricultural production suitability grades are obtained.The suitability grade is mainly based on suitable areas,which accounted for 94.85%of the total area,which is generally suitable for agricultural production activities.Among its evaluation indicators,the water resources evaluation grade is mainly medium and the distribution of water resources is uneven.Therefore,it is proposed to affect agricultural production limiting factors and the maximum carrying scale and propose appropriate planning strategies.(3)To establish the urban construction carrying scale and suitability evaluation method system of Xiaohe Modern Industrial Zone,it is necessary to evaluate the urban construction carrying capacity grade from four aspects including land resources and water resources.And then use the plot concentration and comprehensive superiority to modify the suitability zoning for urban construction.The evaluation result is divided into three grades: suitable area,general suitable area and unsuitable area.The area of unsuitable area accounts for 70.93%,which is distributed in most of the whole area.The main reasons for this situation are insufficient public service facilities and uneven distribution of water resources,which will affect future urban construction.Therefore,it is necessary to give the maximum carrying scale of urban construction in the study area and put forward appropriate suggestions for the later development and construction of the study area.(4)According to the evaluation results of the importance of ecological protection,the suitability of agricultural production and urban construction,and superimposing them by the spatial superposition method,and according to the principle of ecological priority,guaranteeing agricultural production,and promoting urban construction,the spatial function zoning is obtained,which is the future research area Make recommendations for the development of the country.
