The 14th Five-Year Plan points out that land use and ecological environmental protection is the core of the rural revitalization strategy and coordinated development should be adhered to,which is the general trend of China's economic development.Nowadays,how to balance the relationship between economic development,resource use and environmental improvement has become an urgent issue for the whole society.Jilin Province is an important agricultural province in China and a model pioneer in the construction of ecological civilization.It is all the more necessary to combine its own advantages and conditions,not only to guarantee development but also to safeguard ecological fundamentals,and to strive to improve the efficiency of resource use and promote the sustainable development of the agricultural economy.In view of this,in order to ensure the quality and safety of food products in Jilin Province and to guarantee the coordinated development among resources,environment and ecology,it is of great significance to conduct a reasonable and accurate study on the measurement of agricultural eco-efficiency in each county of Jilin Province to improve the agricultural eco-efficiency of Jilin Province and promote the sustainable development of agriculture in China.Firstly,in order to better measure and analyze the agro-ecological development of Jilin Province,this paper compares the literature on agro-ecological efficiency in recent years,introduces the conceptual explanation of agro-ecological efficiency by domestic and foreign scholars,elaborates on the theories related to agro-ecology,and explains the current situation of agro-ecological development in Jilin Province from three aspects:input,output and ecological environment.Then,this paper presents an empirical measurement analysis of agro-ecological efficiency in Jilin Province,which is measured by a data envelopment analysis model in two aspects:static and dynamic.Later,a panel stochastic Tobit model is used to analyze the factors influencing agro-ecological efficiency in Jilin Province,starting from three levels:agricultural production characteristics,financial support,and economic environment.Finally,in response to the obtained empirical results,targeted suggestions are made on how to improve the level of agro-ecological development in Jilin Province.After studying the content of the full text,the results found that,first,the agro-ecological efficiency of Jilin Province shows an overall upward trend,but agricultural production has not reached the DEA effective state until 2019;total factor productivity in Jilin Province increased by nearly 5.3 percentage points in 2019 compared with 2014,mainly as a result of technical efficiency improvement as well as technological progress.Among them,Changbai Korean Autonomous County has the highest agro-ecological efficiency,ranking in the first place,and the last ranking city is Tonghua County;Baishan City has a better level of agro-ecological development,and several areas belonging to Baishan City are ranked more highly;while several areas belonging to Tonghua City and Yanbian Korean Autonomous Prefecture are ranked less.Second,in terms of the overall impact of each major factor on Jilin Province,the per capita sown area and irrigation rate have no significant effect on the agro-ecological efficiency of Jilin Province;the mechanization level,industrial structure and farmers' income level have a positive and significant effect on the agro-ecological efficiency of Jilin Province;the two indicators of financial support to agriculture and urban-rural differences have a significant negative effect on the agro-ecological efficiency of Jilin Province.From the sub-regional regression results,there are significant differences in the factors influencing agricultural eco-efficiency in different regions.
