The spatial imbalance of water resources is a strategic problem that needs to be solved in China.In order to evaluate the spatial equilibrium of regional water resources and analyze their spatial differences,this paper combs out some existing methods which are suitable for the quantitative evaluation of water resources spatial equilibrium,and compares and analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the spatial equilibrium evaluation,Based on the uncertainty in the evaluation of regional water resource spatial equilibrium,the paper proposes that the adjoint function method of the connection number of set pair analysis can study the advantages of uncertainty from the same and different aspects.The regional water resource spatial equilibrium evaluation model based on the combination of Gini coefficient and contact number,and the regional water resource spatial equilibrium evaluation model based on the relation number and p-s curve are constructed,The two models are applied to the actual evaluation of the spatial equilibrium of water resources in Anhui Province.The overall water resource spatial equilibrium in Anhui Province is analyzed.The spatial equilibrium of water resources and their spatial differences in 16 prefecture level cities in Anhui Province are analyzed in detail.The rationality of the two models is demonstrated,and the main results are as follows:(1)The paper systematically combs and analyzes some quantitative evaluation methods of connection number,association number adjoint function,Gini coefficient and p-s curve applicable to regional water resource spatial equilibrium,expounds its basic principle,specific calculation process and the applicable problems to deal with and analyze.The advantages and disadvantages of these quantitative methods are compared and analyzed,so as to make reasonable construction for the future The effective evaluation model of regional spatial equilibrium has laid a foundation.(2)In order to evaluate the spatial equilibrium degree of water resources in the research area and its sub regions quantitatively and analyze the spatial distribution characteristics of water resources spatial equilibrium,aiming at the problems that the existing Gini coefficient cannot evaluate the sub regional equilibrium,a water resource spatial equilibrium evaluation model combining Gini coefficient and connection number is proposed,which is applied to the spatial equilibrium evaluation of water resources in Anhui Province,The spatial equilibrium of population,water resources,GDP and water resources is analyzed respectively,and the spatial differences of water resources in 16 prefecture level cities in Anhui Province are analyzed.The results show that the Gini coefficient of water resources and population in Anhui Province is 0.40-0.55 for a long time,the Gini coefficient of water resources and GDP is lower than 0.5 in 2018,and the Gini coefficient is always higher than the warning line of 0.4,which is in a relatively unbalanced and unbalanced state in recent years;The spatial equilibrium of water resources in space gradually becomes worse from south to north;In 2018,the vulnerable areas of water resource spatial balance in Anhui province include Hefei,Huaibei,Bozhou,Suzhou,Bengbu,Fuyang,Huainan,Ma'anshan,Wuhu and Tongling,which should be the main control object of water resource spatial balance.The model can effectively overcome the shortcomings of the existing Gini coefficient evaluation method,reflect the spatial equilibrium status of each sub region and its impact on the overall regional spatial equilibrium status,and provide certain theoretical reference and technical support for the regulation of water resources spatial equilibrium.(3)In order to evaluate and analyze the spatial equilibrium of regional water resources quantitatively,aiming at the shortcomings of adopting unified threshold for different regional units in the current research of coupling coordination relationship between systems,a water resource spatial equilibrium evaluation model combining the connection number and p-s curve is proposed.The water resource spatial equilibrium status in Anhui Province is analyzed by using the model,The results show that the spatial balance of water resources in Anhui Province is poor in 2011-2016.On the spatial scale,the spatial equilibrium of water resources in Anhui Province is in a distribution pattern of South superior to North difference and critical in the middle.The overall evaluation level of water resource spatial equilibrium in Northern Anhui is higher than that of Southern Anhui Province,and the evaluation level of water resource spatial balance in Northern Anhui Province is kept at 2.27-3.86 all year round,The evaluation level of water resource spatial equilibrium in southern Anhui Province is1.41-2.69 all year round;On the time scale,the spatial balance of water resources in Anhui Province was improving slowly from 2011 to 2016;The results of the evaluation are in line with the actual situation of Anhui Province,which shows that the model is more reasonable for the spatial equilibrium evaluation of regional water resources.The model not only makes up for the defects of different evaluation objects in the existing coupling coordination analysis,but also can make control measures for bearing capacity subsystem and pressure subsystem according to the specific equilibrium of regional water resources,and then effectively improve the equilibrium of the system,It can provide some theoretical reference and technical support for quantitative evaluation and regulation of water resource spatial equilibrium.In conclusion,the advantages and disadvantages of the existing methods for quantitative evaluation and analysis of water resource spatial equilibrium are analyzed.The two regional water resource spatial equilibrium evaluation models constructed by using the advantages of set pair of adjoint functions of analysis connection numbers to deal with uncertainty problems have achieved good application results.The two models have achieved good application results from the perspective of water resource distribution equilibrium The coordination relationship between the water resources bearing capacity pressure subsystem and the supporting capacity subsystem is analyzed comprehensively.The analysis and evaluation results are in line with the actual situation,which can provide some methods for quantitative evaluation of water resource spatial balance,and can also provide theoretical support for the targeted management and control measures to improve the spatial equilibrium of regional water resources.
