The Yellow Sea and Bohai Sea area is one of the frequent occurrences of sea ice disasters in winter in my country.Due to the northerly geographic location,coupled with the frequent influence of cold air,sea ice phenomena of varying degrees appear in the northern part of the Yellow Sea and the Bohai Sea every winter,and ice disasters may occur in severe cases.In recent years,with the continuous increase of global extreme weather,sea ice disasters have also become more and more severe.The use of remote sensing satellites,based on the spectral reflection characteristics of ice,through the extraction of remote sensing satellite data,to conduct all-weather monitoring of sea ice occurrence,development,and ablation,has now become one of the important means for the study and judgment of sea ice conditions and the early warning of sea ice disasters.HJ-CCD data is the data taken and returned by my country's autonomously launched environmental small satellites HJ-1A and 1B.It has the characteristics of medium-to-high spatial resolution and high temporal resolution,providing a strong guarantee for sea ice monitoring in the Yellow Sea and Bohai Sea.Although HJ-CCD has played a certain effect in the process of researching sea ice monitoring,it also has certain problems.The existing sea ice monitoring system has problems such as poor operation automation,poor real-time monitoring,and imperfect monitoring visualization.Therefore,based on the integrated design of the HJ-CCD remote sensing data sea ice monitoring platform,it provides monitoring and forecasting services for the northern Yellow Sea and the Bohai Sea area,and provides timely,accurate and reliable sea ice satellite remote sensing monitoring data for relevant maritime departments.The data content includes sea ice extent,density,thickness,outer edge line,sea ice surface temperature and other data,providing the forecast department with information such as sea ice distribution extent,density,and initial field of thickness.This article mainly researches on the basis of HJ-CCD satellite remote sensing data,builds a fully automated visualization platform based on HJ-CCD data,performs image processing on the collected data,and extracts relevant information such as sea ice layer and area.The specific research content includes:(1)Use C#,ArcGIS Engine,IDL and other tools to use GIS integration technology to build an integrated model of the sea ice monitoring platform.For CCD remote sensing data images,ENVI and IDL are used to preprocess the images,and ArcGIS Engine is used for mapping and image display.(2)Establish the content of system construction,including software system construction,database construction,establishment of platform process and functional structure modules,design of main interface and work status panel.(3)Study the process of HJ-CCD data preprocessing,sea ice information extraction,sea ice information inversion and product information output in sea ice monitoring.
