The ocean environmental security involves major strategic issues such as national economic,military and energy transport,and photograph the Earth by remote sensing satellites,which can benefit the surveying of the Earth's various geographical conditions.Aiming at the environmental security requirements of important strategic channels and strategic pivot in the Earth's sea area,this paper designs and completes the Platform of Remote Sensing satellite networking surveying and simulation system.The exploitation environment of the system platform is Visual Studio.NET,and the functional design of the simulation system is completed by using the C# language under the Framework of.net,using the Winform structure program is combined with Amap,Google Earth and other application software.The main completion tasks are:1.The design and improvement of remote sensing satellite networking surveying simulation platform are completed by updating the programming environment.Under the Framework of.net,the C# language is used to design the overall program logic of the new platform,including system management program,system operation service program,two-dimensional/three-dimensional simulationfunctional subsystem,system data storage basic function library and so on.2.Building new platform,under the new system using SQL Server 2008 to design and change the ephemeris database.Two-Line Element(TLE)of the new target SAR satellite was added,and ephemeris data parsing,format conversion,data platform writing and loading were conducted on it.Finally,use the ADO.NET technology to complete access to the database.3.The program realizes the visualization function by calling Amap to the simulation platform and displaying the precise track and coverage area of two-dimensional surveying satellite with single period and multiple periods in real-time animation.According to the theory of celestial orbit dynamics,completed the calculation of spherical rectangular coverage model for SAR sensor side-looking imaging characteristics and point track of satellite's calculation.The position coordinates of any point on its trajectory and the time of the satellite's access to the point is given in Amap.Finally,the coverage results are compared with STK.4.Design and complete the SAR satellite data comprehensive query.The simulation platform can predict the current time,historical time and future situation of the queried satellite position to the target sea area or location,and display all the access results and the detailed orbit parameter information of the satellite at any time within the query period in the simulation platform.At the same time,based on the realization of single satellite query,it can be extended to the joint networking surveying of multiple satellites,and its coverage effect is analyzed to provide a basis for the networking surveying decision.5.The visual simulation function of 3D space surveying on the platform is completed with the help of Google Earth.Through the API component of Google Earth COM,the KML file driver is used to send the 3D model to the main window and control the 3D angle of the earth model to achieve the 3D observe function of the system.At the same time,the rendering of the satellite and its orbit,three-dimensional coverage and the demonstration of surveying and operation were completed.Finally,the smooth switching between the 3D and 2D surveying simulation platform is realized by using multi-thread technology.
