Research purposes: in the diet for obese adolescents under the premise of the implementation of aerobic exercise intervention,analysis of obese adolescents after 30 days of aerobic exercise combined with diet,the body form,physiological and biochemical indices,body quality and mental health status changes,to explore the influence on the mental and physical health of the obese adolescents intervention experiment,prove the feasibility and effectiveness of training mode,the weight loss camp for obese adolescents reduced fat diet to provide specific training methods and the objective basis,improves the obese adolescents health of body and mind,help them form a good healthy life style.Research methods: this study selected the biggest loser in 2019 and 2020 years summer camp(hangzhou)of 73 obese teenagers as the research object,and for a period of 30 days to aerobic exercise combined with diet intervention experiment,on the morning of the day on that day in the camp and knot camp,led by staff of the participants to the hospital for medical examination blood fasting state.On the first day and the last day of training,the body shape indicators such as weight,BMI and body circumference were tested,as well as the physical fitness indicators such as 50 m and standing long jump,and psychological scales were issued and collected in time.All subjects are under unified management,and other physical activities and food outside the training camp are strictly prohibited during the experiment.SPSS software was used to conduct paired sample t test for all indicators before and after intervention,and the effects of aerobic exercise combined with diet control on the physical and mental health of obese adolescents were studied by observing their significant differences.Results :(1)In terms of body shape,after 30 days of aerobic exercise combined with diet control,the weight,BMI,body fat percentage and body circumference of the 73 obese adolescents decreased significantly.There were significant differences in body weight,BMI,body fat percentage and circumference of male obese adolescents before and after the experiment(P<0.01),there was no significant difference in waist-hip ratio(P>0.05),the body shape indexes of female obese adolescents were significantly different(P<0.01).(2)In terms of physiological and biochemical indexes,the blood pressure,heart rate,triglyceride TG,total cholesterol TC and low density lipoprotein LDL-C of obese male and female adolescents were significantly decreased after 30 days of experimental intervention,and the differences were very significant(P<0.01),there was no significant change in HDL-C(P>0.05).(3)In terms of physical fitness,after 30 days of experimental intervention,eight physical fitness indexes of obese male adolescents and obese female adolescents,including 50 m,sitting body forward bend and standing long jump,have been significantly improved,showing significant differences(P<0.01).(4)In terms of mental health status,compared with before the experiment,the scores of these ten factors of the 73 obese adolescents were reduced to different degrees.Among them,the changes of the three factors of learning pressure,maladjustment and psychological imbalance in obese male adolescents were significantly different(P<0.05),the other seven factors and the total mean score had significant differences(P<0.01),there was no significant difference in learning pressure,maladjustment,emotional imbalance and psychological imbalance among obese female adolescents(P>0.05),there were significant differences in obsessive-compulsive disorder,paranoia and anxiety(P<0.05),the other three factors and the total mean score were significantly different(P<0.01).Conclusion:(1)Thirty days of aerobic exercise combined with diet control is of great help to the improvement of the body shape of obese teenagers,and its fat reduction and shaping effect is obvious.(2)The intervention in this experiment also has a positive impact on the optimization of physiological and biochemical indexes of obese adolescents,and has certain help in regulating physical functions.(3)After the intervention of this experiment,all kinds of physical fitness of obese teenagers also improved,and their sports scores were greatly improved.(4)the intervention experiment for obese adolescents is a scientific and effective way of slimming,direction of the mental health status,tend to be useful,to a certain extent promoted the all-round harmonious development of the physical and mental health,and in most of the indicators,male obese adolescents to improve effect than female obese adolescents.The good habits and healthy lifestyle developed in the training camp should be continued and the training model should be actively promoted among the obese youth population.
