Measurement And Analysis Of Influencing Factors Of Green Economy Efficiency In Inner Mongolia

Inner Mongolia is a typical resource-based province.The rapid development of resource-based industries has promoted the economic development of the entire region,but at the same time it has also exacerbated the deterioration of the ecological environment in Inner Mongolia.Faced with the dual pressures of economic development and ecological protection,it is of positive practical significance to explore how Inner Mongolia can develop a path suitable for its own green economic development.Therefore,it is worthy of in-depth study and discussion to scientifically evaluate the current state of green economy development in Inner Mongolia,and analyze the influencing factors of green economy efficiency to propose specific ways to improve the level of green economy in Inner Mongolia.Based on the theory of economic growth,Marx's ecological economic thought,and green development theory,the thesis analyzes the basis and status quo of the development of green economy in Inner Mongolia.On this basis,it uses the super-efficiency SBM model to statically analyze the green economic efficiency of Inner Mongolia and uses Malmquist-Luenberger index conducts a dynamic analysis on the efficiency of Inner Mongolia's green economy.Secondly,it uses the Tobit regression model to conduct an empirical analysis on the influencing factors of Inner Mongolia's green economy efficiency.The following conclusions are obtained.First,the green economy efficiency value of Inner Mongolia is in the lower middle position in China,and the efficiency value shows a fluctuating trend.Second,there are significant differences in the green economic development level of the 10 cities in Inner Mongolia,but they do not show a significant regional difference between east and west.And the level of green economy development in areas with high economic development levels such as Hohhot,Baotou,and Ordos is also high.Third,the overall green economic development efficiency of Inner Mongolia has not shown an upward trend,and technological progress has not shown an increasing trend,but technical efficiency has been improved.The main factor restricting the development of Inner Mongolia's green economy is technical level.Fourth,factors such as economic development level,industrial structure,urbanization level,endowment structure and energy consumption have a significant correlation with Inner Mongolia's green economy efficiency,and the impact of environmental regulations is not significant.Finally,the paper summarizes the research results,and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions for the development of green economy in Inner Mongolia.
