The construction industry is an industry with high energy depletion,heavy environmental pollution and labor-intensive demand.This growth mode of high input and high pollution leads to the continuous decline of environmental carrying capacity and the sharp rise of environmental governance costs.Under the concept of sustainable development,the sustainability of the construction industry is not only the sustainability of the economic growth of the construction industry,but also the sustainability of the environment and resources.At the same time,in the context of the gradual deepening of my country's urbanization process,industrial production technology represented by prefabricated buildings and information technology using BIM as the carrier have emerged and been widely promoted around the world.In view of the fact that technological progress is no longer a neglected element in the classical economic growth theory,it has become an important factors to accelerate the Transformation of the economy development mode to the high-quality development,and an effective magic weapon to break through the diminishing marginal benefits of capital and labor supply.On the other hand,technological progress can also improve the energy efficiency of the construction industry and reduce environmental pollution.Therefore,this dissertation selects the relevant input-output data of the construction industry in my country's provinces from 2008 to 2017 to explore the contribution of technological progress to the sustainable development of the construction industry.The dominating directory of this thesis is split into the following segments: First,the dissertation elaborates on the economic evolution theory of technological progress and the sustainable development theory of the construction industry.Meanwhile,the basic concepts of the construction industry,technological progress and green total factor productivity are defined in the dissertation;secondly,the unified consumption of the seven main energy sources of the construction industry in each province from 2008 to 2018 is calculated,and the carbon emission factor provided by the IPCC is calculated The carbon dioxide emissions generated by the main energy consumption of the construction industry are provided to provide data support for the following;then,considering that the development of the construction industry is constrained by resources and the environment,and the development of my country's construction industry is technologically heterogeneous,the choice is based on the directional distance function and The Manquist-Lunberger Productivity Growth Index under the Common Frontier Theory is used to analyze the sustainable development of my country's construction industry.According to the ML index decomposition method under the common frontier theory,the disassemble technology progress index,efficiency transform index and technology gap ratio index are calculated.Through the technological progress index and the green total factor productivity growth index in time sequence and regional location differences to study the impact of technological progress on the sustainable development of the construction industry.And further analyze the sustainable development of my country's construction industry production technology differences,frontier technology catch-up effect and potential frontier technology progress speed.Finally,draw conclusions and give relevant suggestions on the sustainable development of the construction industry from the perspective of technological progress.Based on the above research content,the author believes that:(1)The green total factor productivity MML index of my country's construction industry achieved an average annual growth rate of 5.34% from 2008 to 2017.In terms of the three major regions,the eastern,central,and western area increased by 6.95%,4.95%,and 4.10% respectively.As far as 30 provinces are concerned,there are 27 provinces whose construction industry has achieved an improvement in the level of sustainable development,but there are obvious regional differences.(2)Judging from the decomposition results of the MML index,the national average of the efficiency change index increased by 0.4% annually,and the technological progress index reflecting the production frontier movement increased by 5.17% annually.The improvement of the sustainable development level of my country's construction industry mainly depends on Technological progress.(3)Judging from the time-series changes of the construction industry's MTC index and MML index in each year,the improvement of the sustainable development level of my country's construction industry is similar to the trend of technological progress and shows the characteristics of first decline,then rise and then decline.(4)In terms of production technology differences in the construction industry,the production technologies of the construction industry in Shanghai and Hainan Province are both at the same frontier production level.Compared with Shanghai and Hainan,there are11,7,9 and 1 provinces with small,low,medium and high technological gaps respectively.From the perspective of regional division,there are obvious levels of differences in the production technology of the construction industry in the eastern,central and western area of China.The average technology gap ratios of t the eastern,central and western area of China are 0.9307,0.8252,and 0.7476 respectively.(5)From the perspective of the pure technology catch-up index and the relative change index of potential frontier technologies,the pure technology catch-up index of my country's construction industry has gradually increased,and the technology catch-up effect is obvious.The gap between group frontier technologies and common frontier technologies has narrowed by an average of 0.25% per year..The national actual production technology progress rate of the construction industry is slower than that of the optimal production frontier.From the perspective of my country's three major regions,the pure technology catch-up effect in the eastern and central regions is significant,and the gap between production technology and frontier production technology in the western region has widened by an average annual rate of 0.12%.From 2008 to 2017,the rate of advancement of common frontier production technology is faster than that of the eastern,central and western regions.Figure 11 Table 18 Reference 71...
