| As a new type of material processing method,laser marking has the advantages of small deformation of processed materials,fast processing speed,high precision,and environmental protection.It has been widely used in industrial processing,aviation,medical,military and other fields.However,traditional laser marking machines have problems such as small marking area and low marking accuracy.To this end,this paper proposes a PLC-based laser marking linkage control system program to transform and upgrade the traditional laser marking control system.By analyzing the functional requirements of linked laser marking and combining the advantages of programmable logic controller PLC in motion control,the upper computer software was developed for graphic input,laser parameter setting and control of the linked marking process,and the lower computer PLC was written.program.On the basis of the traditional laser marking system,an X_Y motion platform driven by PLC is added.The X_Y platform can realize large-scale movement of the workpiece to realize large-format laser marking.Aiming at the problem of low marking accuracy,a linkage control algorithm is proposed.To control the laser light path and the X_Y motion platform at the same time,and use the linkage of the upper and lower planes to improve the marking accuracy.Finally,in order to verify the feasibility of the laser marking control scheme,a linkage laser marking experiment device was built,and the improved linkage algorithm was applied to laser marking,and a better application effect was achieved. |
