Laser marking is the use of high energy density laser beam laser marking,because of its fast speed,good stability,high quality marking advantages,now has been widely used,and the demand is still increasing.As the core part of the laser marking control system,the laser vibrator control card has always been imported from abroad.For a long time,there are problems such as high price,troublesome maintenance and backward technology.At present,most of the mainstream control cards in the market adopt the scheme based on FPGA+DSP,which can no longer meet the increasing demands.Therefore,this paper uses Raspberry Pi,based on Linux system to carry out related research on the control card.This paper analyzes in detail the principle of laser galvanometer control card and the design scheme,the in-depth study of the current mainstream,on the basis of control card based on FPGA is proposed based on Linux system the design ideas of laser galvanometer control card,compared with the traditional laser galvanometer control card,use raspberry pie not only with traditional FPGA + DSP of most of the advantages of the scheme,and compact design,rich in resources,low cost,easy to use,scalable and strong advantages.This paper first introduces the composition of laser marking,marking principle,industry background and status quo.After a brief introduction of the design scheme,the hardware and software design of the laser vibroscope control card is discussed in detail,including the communication part of the upper computer,the vibroscope control part based on XY2-100 protocol,and the research part of the interpolation algorithm of the control card.Through hardware and software debugging,the communication between the control card and the upper computer is finally realized,the interpolation algorithm is carried out by analyzing the data,and the digital signal based on XY2-100 protocol is output to control the marking of the laser vibration mirror.
