As an important branch of laser processing,laser marking technology has the advantages of non-contact,high precision,high efficiency and other traditional marking methods,which are widely promoted and applied.However,as the core of the control processing software,there are some shortcomings and problems,such as single function,low level of intelligent image data processing,the separation of data input and laser output,which greatly limits the advantages of laser marking in the Internet of things environment.Aiming at this problem,this paper combines intelligent processing technology with laser marking technology,and designs practical software to realize laser marking operation remote,process automation and intelligent processing.The main work is as follows:Firstly,Through the design of communication and management mechanism between mobile terminal,laser marking equipment and cloud platform,a multi terminal laser marking software processing system with cloud platform as the core is established,which realizes the separation of data input and output,and ensures the accuracy of multi terminal data transmission.Secondly,through the design of remote multi terminal data transmission protocol and storage protocol,the multi terminal long connection survival mechanism is established to ensure the reliability and automation of communication connection;according to the requirements of laser output,the intelligent compression algorithm for image data is designed to improve the transmission efficiency.Thirdly,combining with laser marking application,we propose various kinds of intelligent image data processing algorithms: the registration algorithm that intelligently matches the original input image with the marking scene;the adaptive marking algorithm based on the different dispersion of image area,etc.,so as to achieve the high quality and efficiency of laser marking output.Finally,based on the research results and algorithm,the corresponding laser marking control software is designed and verified in the actual equipment.
