Laser cable marking is a processing technology that uses laser to permanently mark parameter information on the surface of the cable.It has important applications in aerospace and national defense.At this stage,the automation of the cable drive control equipment of the laser marking machine is insufficient.In order to improve the working efficiency of the laser cable marking machine,it is necessary to carry out drive control research on the cable from the aspects of pay-off,marking and take-up.In the process of cable drive control,to ensure the transmission of the cable with constant tension,so as to avoid the occurrence of cable wrinkles,damage or slack that affect the quality of the mark.Therefore,in response to this problem,the research on the supporting cable drive control system of the laser marking machine is in line with the production development needs of the industry.This article designs the system from the composition and technical requirements of the cable drive control.Analyzing the principle of tension generation and the characteristics of the cable drive device,the cable drive device is divided into unwinding unit,marking unit and winding unit for research,and then a mathematical model for each unit is established.Analyzing the factors that affect the tension control during the cable driving process,it is concluded that the speed is the main factor that affects the tension control.According to the different requirements for tension control of each unit in the cable drive control,combined with the control characteristics of the tension execution motor,the tension control scheme of each section is determined.Combining the control characteristics of different tension sections,the structure of each unit is designed,and the relevant important components are selected.In order to solve the problem of cable drive tension control,by combining the design of the control scheme of each unit,the fuzzy algorithm is used to dynamically adjust the parameters of the PID control for the nonlinear tension control system.Taking into account that in this tension control,the unwinding unit is the main control object,and its speed command is based on the speed specified by the marking content.Use Simulink to model and simulate the unwinding unit,and compare and analyze the tension response curve.To combined with the fuzzy PID control algorithm to analyze the change of tension under the influence of different speeds.It is concluded that fuzzy PID control has strong anti-interference,is not sensitive to speed changes,and can complete good control of the tension control system.Combined with the control plan,strategy and requirements of the tension system,hardware and software researches on cable drive control are carried out.The DSP28335 digital signal processor of TI company is selected to form the lower computer of the tension control system,and the signal analog-to-digital conversion circuit,the motor current and speed sampling circuit,and the system serial communication circuit are designed.And use the CCS integrated development environment to realize the tension system connection debugging and analysis work,and adopt the modular design idea to establish the main program,interrupt service,acquisition communication and other subroutines.Combining the Lab VIEW development environment as the lower computer in the PC,the interface of the cable-driven tension control system is designed,including three parts: login authority,tension acquisition and data communication.Realize the intuitive display and adjustment of the response curve and value of simulation and test.Through the establishment of a tension experiment platform to test the cable drive control,the test results show that the controller designed in this paper can meet the cable drive control requirements,and has the characteristics of strong anti-interference ability,good stability and fast adjustment speed.It provides a reference for the dynamic tension control scheme of the whole machine of the cable drive system.
