With the development of computer technology, human ushered in the era of rapiddevelopment. However, people’s demand for energy is becoming increasingly urgentto find more in the surface of deep oil and gas has become a priority, so there is oneimportant means that is oil and gas exploration. Geophones play a very important rolein the area of the oil and gas exploration, which can effectively collect seismic waveswhich are analyzed by experts to determine the underground rock formations and oiland gas situation. Its performance has a direct impact on exploration efficiency andresults. In practical applications, the number of the geophones is huge. Geophone testdetector in the entire seismic exploration industry has a pivotal position.Throughout the geophone test detector development at home and abroad, mostlyof them are manual equipments, and they can’t meet the requirements of enterpriseefficiency, because the common drawback of these devices is the low efficiency, largedepends on human intervention. This paper designed a geophone integrated testsystem based on serial communication and pipelining, which combine the computertechnology, automation technology, jointly organized by the computer equipment,appliances and equipment, electrical equipment, the formation of an automated,large-scale detector test system.The main content of this paper such as:Access to all kinds of literature, and fully understand the geophones detectedindustry research trends at home and abroad. Study the mainstream current industrytesting instrument and the classic ideas, algorithms and key technologies, to learnbeneficial design concept, and form the pattern which suit for ourselves, include thehardware and software development, improve the quality and efficiency of the system development.From the hierarchical framework, the system is divided into six levels,respectively: peripheral layer, device layer scheduling layer algorithm layer, databaselayer, the application layer. Then this article on drill down by the end of it,respectively, about its role, the system clearly show.From the key technologies involved and the core module, the main content of thispart include: software module design, multi-threaded serial communication to themotion controller and automated sorting equipment introduction, the key parametersof the algorithm and low-pass filter, the Multi-channel gating device design andimplementation. In this paper, their analysis, design, feasibility studies, and describesthe technical problems to solve actual operations and data tests verify the reliabilityand stability of the system, most of all are demonstrated.Finally, to sum up, this research work and the results achieved, as well as analysisof the inadequacies of which indicate the direction of future research.
