Spatio-temporal Evolution And Influencing Factors Of Marine Economic And Environmental System Adaptability In China

Since China's reform and opening up,along with China and the world nations successively obtained remarkable achievements in the field of Marine economy,Marine economic activities not only become a booster the important engine of China's rapid economic and social growth but also the important measures to improve people's living standard,but also led to China's Marine ecological environment deteriorating,draining non-renewable resources,and Marine activities staff reduce ecological and social problems,such as happiness,people-sea contradictions increasingly prominent.To achieve the goals of developing Marine economy steadily,building a Marine power,and we firmly believe that we will achieve the development of Marine economy through efforts,we need to give consideration to the development of Marine economy and the maintenance of Marine ecological environment,and maintain a dynamic balance between the two.Taking adaptability as the breakthrough point,this paper takes eleven coastal provinces and cities of China as the research object to study the adaptability of Marine economic and environmental system,defines the connotation and elements of the adaptability of Marine economic and environmental system successively,and establishes the evaluation index system and evaluation model of the adaptability of Marine economic and environmental system.Based on China Marine Statistical Yearbook and China Fisheries Statistical Yearbook,the adaptability index of Marine economic and environmental system is calculated by dynamic factor analysis method from static and dynamic aspects respectively,and its spatio-temporal variation characteristics are summarized.Cointegration analysis method and obstacle degree model are used to explore the influencing factors of Marine economic environmental system adaptability.The results showed that:(1)From the perspective of static development level,there are large internal differences in the comprehensive development level of Marine economic and environmental system adaptability in China.Economic development factors,environmental governance factors and pressure factor indexes show uneven spatial distribution,and there are significant differences in the southern and northern regions.(2)From the perspective of time,from 2001 to 2017,the evolution characteristics of economic development factors and environmental governance factors are fluctuating,and the Marine economy and the gradually expanding Marine industrial scale complement each other,gradually forming a relatively perfect Marine economic system,after 2010,the pressure of China's marine economic environment system is decreasing year by year.(3)From the spatial perspective,the spatial change structure of Marine economic environmental system adaptability in 11 coastal provinces and cities of China can be roughly divided into four types:"horizontal" structure,"wave" structure,"linear rise" structure and"mountain" structure.(4)In the process of exploring the influencing factors,when China as a whole is taken as the research object,the effect intensity of the important influencing factors of system adaptability is ranked as environmental governance capacity>capacity for economic development>industrial structure>marine science and technology support force;When the coastal provinces and cities are taken as the research objects,the main contradictions of each region are different in the judgment of influencing factors,so there are differences in the reform focus points.We should speed up the establishment of the corresponding Marine disaster warning mechanism;Strengthen the control of sea pollution and hinterland waste;Increase the investment in scientific research of Marine industry;Under the background of Marine fishery resource constraints,the income of fishermen should be steadily increased to realize the healthy and dynamic development of Marine economy in coastal provinces.
