There is a complex dynamic interaction between urban development and water resources carrying capacity.The quality and quantity of water resources is one of the important reasons for restricting urban development,and urban development has a load on water resources system.After putting forward the new type of urbanization development,urban development is focused on intensive and green ecology.As the characteristics of urbanization development change,the relationship between water resources system and regional urban development will inevitably change.It is one of the keys to regional sustainable development to study the relationship between new urbanization and water resources carrying capacity.The coupling degree can comprehensively reflect the interaction between subsystems,while the coupling degree can accurately show the overall efficiency and coordination effect between different systems.In order to understand the relationship between new urbanization and bearing capacity of water resources in Heilongjiang province,in the full reference on the basis of predecessors' research,this paper combined with the actual situation of Heilongjiang province,from the quality of life,economy urbanization,population urbanization,infrastructure construction,ecological environment construction,urban and rural residents as a whole the six dimensions of constructing the new urbanization index system of Heilongjiang province;The index system of water resources carrying capacity in Heilongjiang Province is constructed from four dimensions of water resources bearing pressure,pressure,coordination and management.According to the reliability of the data acquisition,the principle of accessibility,selection of Heilongjiang province in 2011-2018,the new urbanization and the related data of two systems: water resources carrying capacity,according to the entropy value method,determining the weight of the new urbanization development and value on the overall development of the two systems to calculate the water resources carrying capacity,and then calculating the coupling value,in order to specific understanding of the correlation degree between the two system in Heilongjiang province.According to the coupling coordination degree model,the coupling coordination between the new urbanization development and water resources carrying capacity in Heilongjiang Province was evaluated.According to the calculation results of coupling degree,there is a strong correlation between the new-type urbanization and water resources carrying capacity in Heilongjiang Province.In terms of time dimension,the coupling degree of new-type urbanization and water resources carrying capacity in Heilongjiang Province in the past eight years is between 0.9 and 1,which is at a high level of coupling.Although there is a slight fluctuation characteristic during this period,the overall change is not different.It shows that there is a strong correlation between the new-type urbanization and the water resources carrying capacity in Heilongjiang Province,and the interaction between the two systems is strong,and they have maintained a high coupling state for many years.From the perspective of spatial dimension,the coupling degree of Qiqihar,Mudanjiang,Suihua and Hegang is stronger than that of other cities,while the coupling degree of Harbin,the provincial capital,is the lowest.In space,it presents the spatial distribution feature of "high on both sides-low in the middle".According to the calculation result of coupling coordination degree,coordination between the two systems in Heilongjiang province is not very good,there are "on the verge of disorder,disorder of" light "and" disorder of "moderate" the three stages of coordination,belong to excessive types and disorder types on types,shows that the coordination between the two systems in Heilongjiang province was poor.From the perspective of time dimension,although the coupling coordination degree between the new urbanization development and water resources carrying capacity in Heilongjiang Province has a slight change from 2011 to 2018,the coupling coordination degree is not high and has been in a state of "imbalance".According to the data changes of the prefecture-level cities in the past eight years,only Harbin with better coordination can see the obvious trend of increasing coordination value,while the other cities have no obvious change in coordination value.In terms of space,the coordination between the new-type urbanization and the water resources carrying capacity system in Heilongjiang Province presents a spatial distribution characteristic of "high in the south-low in the north".Among the prefecture-level cities,the coordination degree of Harbin,Daqing and Mudanjiang is relatively good,which is in the stage of "slight imbalance".The coordination degree of other cities is "moderate maladjustment" stage,and the coordination is relatively poor.
