Research On Interest Game Phenomenon In The Process Of Farmland Transfer

Agriculture is the basic industry of our country,which is related to the survival and development of our country.The utilization rate of rural land affects the yield of grain and it is an urgent problem to improve the utilization rate of land.Under the "three rights division",the large-scale rural land transfer policy makes it possible to improve land use.Under the guidance of the government,enterprises rent farmland,acquire farmland management rights,and gain benefits through scale operation.Farmers get rid of the shackles of farmland and engage in the second and third industries to increase family income.In the process of actual farmland transfer,it involves multiple stakeholders who play games to maximize their own interests.The choice of one party’s interest subject’s game behavior will affect the benefit and loss of other interest subjects.Through the field investigation,the interest game phenomenon in the process of S village land transfer was studied.The main subjects of interest game are: farmers in S village,agricultural enterprises,village committees in S village and township governments.Through the analysis of the game process of the interest game subject,this paper obtains the interest pattern formed by the interest game of S village rural land transfer.The interest subjects play games on price,supply and demand,supervision,etc.In the game process,the interests of the interest subjects are interrelated,and the behavior choices of the interest subjects affect the interests of other subjects.How much information the game subject gets and its position are related to its gain or loss in the game.In the course of analyzing the game of interest subjects,the paper finds out the problems and the main reasons of the farmland circulation caused by the interest games,and puts forward countermeasures and thoughts on the basis of the problems and reasons.Through the introduction of Information Service Intermediary Organizations,the implementation of the principle of voluntary transfer of farmers,the establishment of land-lost farmers’ employment security system,the grass-roots government to establish a correct view of achievements,to solve the problem of the imbalance of interests in the process of the game of interests in the transfer of agricultural land,to promote the participation of rural land transfer interests of the main balance,so as to improve local governance capacity and promote governance modernization,promote rural revitalization.
