| In recent years,China's total population has been increasing and exceeded 1.4 billion.However,agricultural population is gradually decreasing because of the process of urbanization and science and technology.It is necessary to make full use of the input production factors,so as to improve the agricultural efficiency so that we can advance the rural revitalization strategy and solve the problem of agriculture,rural areas and farmers.This paper summarizes the research of agricultural input-output efficiency and something influence it,uses the classical theories including Pareto optimal theory and scale economy theory,fully combines with the current situation of China's agriculture,constructing the index system in line with China's agricultural background.After analyzing the official data by MaxDEA8.0,this paper has concluded as follows:(1)The total power of agricultural machinery and the amount of chemical fertilizer are the reason why there are big difference between the central section of China and Western China.(2)Gap is always existing between agriculture in central and western China and the average value of China.(3)At present,12 provinces can maintain the status quo of agricultural production,which are mainly concentrated in the East;11 provinces need to change the structure of agricultural production.(4)China's agricultural technology is in the trend of steady improvement.In the study of the influencing factors,this paper uses Tobit regression analysis method to analyze the influencing factors of the efficiency value with upper and lower limits.It is found that we should increase the popularization rate of mobile phones,the ratio of fiscal expenditure on agriculture,and reduce impact of natural disasters on agriculture,among which the ratio of fiscal expenditure on agriculture has the greatest impact.Finally,according to the research conclusions,the paper puts forward policy suggestions on the development of agricultural input-output efficiency in China. |
