Research On The Efficiency And Evaluation Of Agricultural Products Logistics In China

At present,our country is in the decisive stage of building a well-off society in an all-round way,and we must unswervingly push forward economic development.The logistics industry is known as the "third profit source",so we must attach great importance to the development of the logistics industry in the new era.Agricultural product logistics is not only an important branch of the logistics industry,but also a matter of national economy and people's livelihood.At present,China's agricultural product logistics industry has low efficiency and unbalanced regional development.The main reasons for this problem are inadequate infrastructure construction such as rural transportation and warehousing,low level of agricultural logistics informationization,unbalanced regional development,etc.In the new era,the state proposes to implement the supply-side structural reform strategy,improve the quality and efficiency of economic development,and strive to promote the in-depth integration of Internet,Internet of Things,big data,artificial intelligence and real economy,so as to continuously enhance the strength of China's economic development.The future is the era of digital economy,so it is the trend to realize the informatization of agricultural products logistics.Specialized logistics system of agricultural products not only helps to smooth the circulation of agricultural products,but also helps to increase farmers' income and promote regional economic development.Efficiency is an effective index to measure the utilization of resources,and technological progress is the key to determine industrial development and promotion.Therefore,from the perspective of efficiency,this paper will study the level of logistics efficiency of agricultural products in China in a subregional way according to the four major agricultural production division standards of the east,the middle,the West and the northeast of China at the present stage.Firstly,DEA and Malmquist index method are used to evaluate the static and dynamic efficiency of agricultural products logistics in four regions of east,West and northeast China.At the same time,the panel Tobit model is used to empirically study the impact of various external environmental factors on the efficiency of agricultural products logistics in four regions.The specific research framework of this paper can be divided into the following five parts: Chapter 1 introduces the economic background environment of this study;Chapter 2 is about the relevant economic theory and existing literature on agricultural logistics;Chapter 3 is about the analysis of the current situation of agricultural production,circulation and logistics development;Chapter 4 is mainly about the evaluation of me.The static and dynamic efficiency level of agricultural product logistics in national and subregional areas;the fifth chapter is an empirical analysis of the external factors affecting the efficiency of agricultural product logistics in China;the sixth chapter is the research conclusions,countermeasures and suggestions and future prospects.Based on the theoretical and empirical research methods,the main conclusions are as follows:Firstly,the current distribution of the comprehensive efficiency level of agricultural products logistics in the four regions of East,West and Northeast China: East > Northeast > Central > West.This is consistent with the reality of regional economic development.Secondly,the main reason for the difference of the comprehensive efficiency level of agricultural products logistics in different regions is that the scale efficiency level of agricultural products logistics is not effective,and the pure technical efficiency level of agricultural products logistics in different regions keeps a high consistency with the comprehensive efficiency level.Thirdly,the Malmquist index values of agricultural products logistics in four regions of east,west,and northeast China are: East > West > Central > northeast.As the pioneer of China's economy,the East is the most reasonable.This difference shows that in 2005-2016,the efficiency of agricultural products logistics in the central and western regions of China has improved faster than that in the Northeast regions.Fourthly,the external factors affecting the efficiency of agricultural products logistics in eastern,central,western and northeastern China are different.For the eastern region,the level of regional economic development plays the greatest role,followed by the level of the Internet,location factors,government intervention,and the impact of industrial structure on it is negative.For the central region,government intervention has the greatest impact on the overall efficiency of agricultural logistics,followed by the level of the Internet,industrial structure,regional economy,and location factors have no significant effect on it.For the western region,the influence of government intervention is the greatest,followed by location factors,regional economic level and Internet level,while the impact of industrial structure is the smallest.For Northeast China,government intervention has the greatest impact,followed by industrial structure,Internet level,regional economic level and location factors.
