| The express delivery industry is closely connected with people in economic production activities,is an important part of the contemporary service industry,and is an important service industry that promotes the transformation of China’s consumption mode.The BeijingTianjin-Hebei region is one of the important development regions of the country,and the development of regional express delivery services will play an important role in the development of national express delivery services.The coordinated development of BeijingTianjin-Hebei express delivery service is not only the internal need for regional development,but also the implementation of the national strategic requirements.It will have a very important role in promoting the transformation and upgrading of the express delivery industry in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region,changing the express delivery method,increase regional employment opportunities,and achieving green development of the express delivery industry..Therefore,in order to promote the better development of the express delivery industry in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region,it is of great significance to study the efficiency of the express delivery industry in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region.This paper mainly studies the efficiency of express delivery industry in the BeijingTianjin-Hebei region.Firstly,it summarizes the relevant research on the efficiency of BeijingTianjin-Hebei express delivery industry and the evaluation methods of domestic and foreign scholars;secondly,it introduces the theoretical background,the development status and development environment of the express delivery industry in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region;in the empirical research part,the DEA model and the Malmquist index analysis method were used to compare and analyze the efficiency of the express delivery industry in Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei from the static and dynamic perspectives.Establish a measurement model(Tobit method)for the analysis of factors affecting the efficiency of the express delivery industry in Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei,and find out the main factors affecting the efficiency of the express delivery industry in Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei.The results of the study show that the efficiency of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei courier industry as a whole increased from 2013 to 2018,but most regions have not reached an effective state,and the input-output ratio of the courier industry is unreasonable.In the past six years,only the efficiency of the express delivery industry in Beijing has reached an effective state,while other urban areas have not reached an effective state,and there are large differences in the efficiency of the express delivery industry between Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei.Through the analysis of the factors influencing the efficiency of the Beijing-TianjinHebei region,it is found that the economic development level,urbanization level,transportation(highway)development level and specialization of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region have a positive effect on the efficiency of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei express delivery industry.The density of express delivery outlets has a negative correlation with the efficiency of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei express delivery industry.Based on the comprehensive research results,this article proposes countermeasures and suggestions from coordinated development,perfecting the network system,optimizing express delivery resources and focusing on scientific development to promote the healthy and rapid development of the express delivery industry in Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei. |
